I started with The Exercise Coach after having foot surgery, and they’ve done an excellent job tailoring my workouts to prevent any further foot issues. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve dealt with the occasional ache and pain, and the team always listens and adjusts my workouts until I’m feeling better. I continue to grow stronger thanks to their specialized equipment, which challenges me in all the right ways, along with the staff’s constant encouragement and motivation.
The staff is consistently friendly, energetic, and compassionate. They keep a close eye on my form to ensure I get the most out of every session. I truly look forward to going and exercising.

Through doctor's advice and my own research, I knew I needed to make strength training a core part of my wellness routine, but I didn't think I had enough time for it to be effective. Fortunately, I found The Exercise Coach because now I am the healthiest I've been in 30 years. At first it was a bit challenging while I adapted to the highly focused and efficient, twice weekly, 20-minute workouts. But eventually, no matter how my day was going, how I slept, my energy level, the pain in my back, you name the excuse..., I knew that all I had to do was show up and my coach would make it worthwhile. 2 years later, I'm still progressing thanks to coach Cassandra and the rest of the well-trained staff at The Exercise Coach of Town & Country. The staff at the Town & Country facility is always upbeat, friendly and very helpful. They keep a watchful eye on my form to help me get the most out of my session. I have never been one who enjoys exercising but I always enjoy my sessions at Exercise Coach, in large part because the staff is so easy to interact with and I know they care. With regard to the method, the machines make it simple to progress- you improve gradually but steadily. Great place!

Going to The Exercise Coach may be the nicest thing I’ve ever done for myself. After neglecting my physical fitness, at age 62- what they offer is just what I needed to make positive changes in my life. Increasing my strength and paying attention to my diet improved my life dramatically! I highly recommend considering it. The trainers are always friendly and encouraging. The “anti-gym” environment is spotless and well equipped for a comfortable yet effective experience.
Most recently the addition of assisted stretching has completed my wellness journey! I never expected to feel so de-stressed and energized by the combination of services. Now able to meet the demands of life and work with no pain, full range of motion and more strength, I am enjoying a busy life more present with my husband, children, grandchildren and 92 year old mom.

Been going to the Exercise Coach in T&C for almost a year and would highly recommend. It’s an extremely efficient workout (in and out in 25 mins including 5 min cardio following strength session) and results have been fantastic. After a ten year hiatus from consistent exercise and a former focus mainly on cardio via long distance running, the thought of strength training was very intimidating. But the Exercise Coach met me where I was at and developed a challenging but doable program (two days a week) that has progressively increased my muscle mass while at the same time helping lose excess weight. I have more definition and body tone than I’ve had in a very long time. The coaches are terrific, the facility nice and clean and generally a great atmosphere. If you are on the fence, give it a try, you wont regret it!

I love this place! All of the coaches are fabulous. I have been treated like a queen since I started. They are professional and patient. The facility is spic and span clean too. I asked to alter the schedule a couple of times and they didn't even blink. They took care of my needs immediately.

I have been a member of gyms on-and-off for 30 years. My attendance was sporadic at best and I spent most of my time doing cardio. And then Covid hit, and my attendance went to zero. I visited the Exercise Coach in November 2020 and ended up joining the same day.
My muscle tone improved dramatically after 2 months and I am stronger than I have been in years. Additionally, they have various nutrition programs, including recipes, that have helped me improve my health and diet.
Probably my favorite part about the Exercise Coach in Town and Country is the people. The trainers are fabulous. They encourage me while also making sure I am doing the exercises correctly. And they are great people. We moved from Creve Coeur to St. Charles County about a year ago, but I still come to MY Exercise Coach to workout. Additionally, I have not missed a workout since I started (2 times a week for 16 months).

No more chronic back pain, hip pain - - this is the most recent top benefit I enjoy from working with The Exercise Coach (STL - Town & Country). Every trainer I have met in my 3+ years here is better than any other trainer I have worked with in the decades prior. Most recently, KIM has been teaching me to be mindful of what my body is doing; and also, stretches, exercises, and postures to use in daily activities. I am so relieved to be free of pain and the sinking feeling that it might be just a fact of life as we progress through life. I also attribute better strength and avoidance of the Quarantine 15 to my twice weekly sessions.

If you are on the fence like I was with trying the Exercise Coach (Town & Country) don’t wait another minute. The workouts are very efficient and having a trainer with you the whole time is a win-win. Justin is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. He will be totally focused on you and especially your form. He corrected my form on a number of exercises and suggested stretches for me to do at home to help my ailing shoulder. Justin deserves a raise for his hard work and dedication to his clients.
I highly recommend you try the Exercise Coach out for a month, see how you like it. Believe me won’t regret It.

I would not reccomend, I cant say much about this program other than that it is crazy expensive. The employees are great and knowledgable however the price is crazy for what you can literally do with an exercise routine and diet changes. It's a luxury product that most cant afford. 299 per month and then 1600 for 80 sessions, they have other packages but they are also very expensive. If you dont use your sessions within the given time slot that's provided you loose them completely. You're also fighting other people for a time slot, if you want 5pm on tuesday you better hope someone didnt take it first.

This is a small place as gyms go but with highly personalized training. Each session a coach takes you through a twenty minute session on a variety of equipment. It changes as your workouts progress and adapts to your personal needs. They advise on nutrition and how to add to your health on non workout days. There are some cardio machines available as well. The staff are knowledgable and helpful and fun.

Started burning fat on day 1....truly landed in light Ketosis from the intro workout. It is the best 20-25 minutes of my week that is ME time. I can’t play family and workplace quarterback (and manager) when I am not operating on all cylinders. One of my Exercise Coach trainers says “motion is the lotion” and he is right! All of the trainers have OT, PT or exercise science backgrounds...great workout and private space...only 2-3 clients max at any given time. Starbucks is next store...make it black :)

The Exercise Coach program has made an amazing difference in my strength and muscle tone! I started the program for resistance training to promote a stable bone density. At 60, I wasn’t looking for big gains in strength. Wow! I am thrilled with an over 100% strength improvement and my arms look nicely toned again after just a few months. I have tried many diets and exercise programs - all to no avail. Admittedly, most failed due to personal accountability issues, a lack of taking the programs seriously or simply the inability to commit the time. But I found a program that was tailored specifically to my needs and ability and provided necessary professional trainer supervision in The Exercise Coach.
At EC, the equipment forces the user to be accountable for their own success, which leaves the trainer to just make sure you do the exercises properly. As a result, I don't hate my trainer(s) for pushing me and the only one left to blame for not meeting goals is myself.
The staff is professional, knowledgeable and truly interested in helping their clients better their health. The fact that they are all friendly, encouraging and non-judgmental is a bonus which makes for a refreshing recurring experience.
I achieved a 40 lbs weight loss over the course of a year and love that workouts only take about 20 minutes. Anyone who doesn't think a short workout will be productive needs to try Exercise Coach.
If they can make a believer out of me - the poster child for lazy and always ready with an excuse - you can be sure this is legitimate. 5 Stars!

Holy Smokes! I can’t say enough about Jesse, Tyler, Justin, Kate and Don! Being a former athlete, I found myself in my 50s needing bilateral knee replacement. I bit the bullet, did both at the same time and within a month I was back in my office. I did the physical therapy, I was walking unassisted after two weeks, but I could not get my strength back. I felt old. At my one year checkup, I complained to my surgeon, sharing my frustration with the things I still couldn’t do, as well as my continued pain. He said my only problem was that I needed to strengthen my muscles, not just my legs, my core, my everything. My daughter, who also loves the Exercise Coach, recommended them to me. I was concerned as I am a CEO without a lot of time to go to a gym. She promised me I would see results in two sessions per week. Now, I am recommending them to every person reading this post! "I have been working mostly with Liz who is terrific. The other trainers are great too but I love Liz's style. I have not worked out regularly for over 30 years and was in embarrassingly bad shape when I started and Liz has a perfect balance of pushing and encouraging. Though I still have a long way to go to hit my fitness goals, I am convinced I will get there. Starting out, it was hard to believe that 20 mins would be enough. Having done it for almost six months, I'm embarrassed to admit that most days I can barely drag myself out to my car at the end."

I have never been fond of malt scotch, I prefer a blend. And what I get is a proper blend of resistant exercise. That is the proper way to treat my 77 year old body. I have been told by the people at Hilton Head Health , that resistant exercise is the only one for me.

While I have done weight training in the past, I have never worked with a personal trainer before the Exercise Coach. I have found the experience to be beneficial and enlightening; having someone who truly understands the correct movements to correct my form and also knows my goals and physical limitations, thus managing my workout and allowing me to achieve results without injury or discomfort. I recommend The Exercise Coach to everyone.
