Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. The studio is clean, organized and they’re ready for me when I arrive. I’ve never had to wait, and I’m in and out in 20 minutes, feeling like I’ve had a great workout!

Don’t allow yourself an excuse not to get strong. I have been training at The Exercise Coach since March 2025. Yesterday a dog charged my 37 lb wheaten terrier. I reached down with my left arm and pulled her up to safety. Last year, that would mot have been possible .Staying strong can keep you safe and your family as well!

Very clean and private facility - not crowded with other people since you work out one on one with your trainer. It’s amazing how the machines focus your effort where you need it to build your strength and it doesn’t take long to feel that you have gotten a good workout.

The machines are specific to one’s own needs and give feedback after every exercise . Amira who is my trainer is very knowledgeable and encourages me with every exercise. She watches my form carefully and adjusts when needed. She is so patient and such a friendly and positive person. I really enjoy training with her and love how safe I feel on the machines.

I work out at 6:20am on Mondays and Thursdays. It’s only 20 minutes out of my day! I love my trainer. She’s very motivating and makes sure I’m doing the exercises correctly so I don’t injure myself!

I started going here when I hit 70 years old because I wanted to maintain or improve my balance and posture, but it turned out to be extremely valuable when I broke my hip. The training put in position to recover more quickly.
