About the Club

Our goal is to help people do the things they love better, more often, and for the rest of their lives.

We are not a typical gym, we are a Dojo.

Dojo. … A dōjō (道場, Japanese pronunciation: [doꜜː(d)ʑoː]) is a hall or place for immersive learning or meditation. This is traditionally in the field of martial arts, but has been seen increasingly in other fields, such as meditation and software development. The term literally means “place of the Way” in Japanese.

Fitness is a Way of life, and a Dojo is a place of the Way.

From a 2+ year client - big fan of The Fitness Dojo. Improved strength and stamina and getting closer to my goal weight (target set January '23). Recommend the semi-private sessions for customization of workouts and progress monitoring. Steve & Sarah run a good gym with well-maintained equipment and do well at bringing in good trainers when the inevitable staff transitions occur. C'mon in, the more the merrier!

Sign up, you won’t regret it! I’ve been a client for several years and highly recommend The Fitness Dojo. The trainers are very professional, they perform an initial assessment and follow up assessments throughout. They personalize sessions and adapt as needed.
