The Fitness Parlor is a premier gym in Owensville, MO. Since 2021, we've been offering stellar customer service. We are proudly offering a 24-Hour/ 365-day fitness center to the community. We strive to provide a bright, clean, and welcoming facility where people feel safe and comfortable working out. We offer supplements, creatine, plant-based protein, meal replacement, and more. We're looking forward to partnering with Bland, Belle, Cuba, and Herrmann consumers to continue providing our customers with a nice selection of gym equipment. Our guest's fitness and experience are our priority. We would like to personally invite you to stop by today for a pre or post-workout drink!

Honestly, it's a great gym to go to. I'm the type of person who doesn't like crowded places, especially gyms. This place allows me to workout in peace as theres often not too many people during certain times. Very satisfied overall from the quiet to cleanliness.

I am not a member of this gym but when I'm in the area & crunched for time it's my go to spot. A good size studio, plenty of free weights, changing room, lockers, equipment and space to move around even when it's busy. I'm a fan👌

I'm 71 and lived in many places, and Owensville is lucky, for a small town, to have this gym. Even during the peak times, it is not really crowed compared to big city gyms, and they offer almost all the same equipment options.
One piddly complaint of mine is the continual blaring music; it's too loud and usually not my type of tunes. I can't see how everyone using their ear buds to workout doesn't have hearing damage. Maybe it's just me as my music connects to my hearing aids.

I don't expect a sauna or hot tub with a small town gym...but cold only showers are a disappointment...not impressed with staff and ?owner?...
If you're a single parent, don't bother...they are NOT CHILD FRIENDLY!!!

This gym is amazing!! I don’t get to make it up as much as I want to but the 24/7 door key is a must have and it’s literally the only selling point I needed to get me in to start working out. Alexis who works in the office is a must meet! She always helps me with my supplement choices and helps me try out all the stuff before I buy a bunch so I’m not stuck with a months worth of stuff that I end up not liking, it really makes buying the supplements worth while. And Ryan Wilson the owner has given me workouts since I never had been into a gym before this time. He’s amazing and makes me keep coming back! You can’t beat the vibes and the gym feel that goes with the place and when you catch Ryan in the gym he never fails to show me some new reps and push my limits which is really appreciated! I feel better then I ever have physically and I can’t wait to continue my journey at this place! If you ever see me in the gym come up and chat or show me something new but you won’t regret the investment in your self and the people who are here to help you the entire way!!
