Absolutely love the Prevail gym! Shannon runs her life and her business clearly with strong moral values and integrity. The gym is always clean. Shannon, the owner, always notices and welcomes guests. She is a great instructor and makes sure that everyone can participate in all workouts without fear or uncertainty. Whether you’ve worked out for years or just getting started, you can join this gym and experience an increase in health and fitness.
What you’ll find here over any other facility is COMMUNITY. Prevail really isn’t just the equipment or the building but a movement. The coaches do not focus on your physical fitness exclusively; the goal is to be healthy and growing in all areas. She has created a gym where people like to be around each and encourage each other instead of working out around strangers. It’s incredible!

The Prevail Gym is not only a place to workout but it is a community. Since my first class at Prevail, I have always felt welcomed. I was very nervous about going to a group class. I was scared of being judged or not knowing what or how to do the workout. The coaches at Prevail are awesome. They want you to succeed. The atmosphere is supportive. I absolutely love this gym! I am definitely not self-disciplined enough to workout by myself at home so I tried out Prevail to see what it was all about. Everyone there is so nice and they motivate you to keep going even when you feel like it's too hard. It's not just your average gym; we're a community and a family that sticks together and Prevails even when life gets hard!
Updated Review: I seriously love this gym! I get to spend an hour 3-4 times a week with some amazing coaches and some really sweet people. Ever since joining the gym roughly 5ish years ago, I have grown so much physically, mentally, and even spiritually. My confidence to try new things and work hard at completing new goals and challenges has taught me not just inside the gym walls but outside as well. No matter where I go in life, I have the strength, confidence, endurance/perseverance to press through and Prevail through life's challenges and for that I'm so thankful to apart of an amazing gym community. If I could put this gym in my pocket and take it with me wherever life leads me, I'd do it in a heartbeat!

The Prevail Gym is just what I needed! Knowledgeable coaches, personal help and modifications due to my shoulder injury. It’s helped me get stronger so everyday living is easier. Its a community, everyone is friendly and encouraging. I highly recommend it!
Update: a year and half later, I’ve lost 60-65 lbs, I feel stronger, and I’ve stopped taking blood pressure medication. I have met SO many new friends and the sense of community’s so great! Everyone encourages each other and is proud of each other’s successes.

I had my first experience/workout on the “day after thanksgiving” workout! Everyone in the class was friendly and inviting. The coach, Felicia, did a great job of making sure everyone knew what the workout was and what modifications could be made for different people. Highly recommend this place for those new to fitness or veterans (I would put myself in the veteran category-however still found the workout challenging and fun!)

I have been a member of The Prevail Gym since it opened, and it has been such a fun experience. The knowledgeable coaches are always there to guide and motivate you, so you get the most out of every workout. The gym frequently hosts fun events outside of the daily workouts. They are constantly investing in improving the gym space, enhancing the workouts, and adding value for the members. With workouts available five times a day, it's easy to fit a session into any schedule. I've gained so many new friends at Prevail - love starting my day with them! Highly recommended!

I was in town for a night and did a drop in class. The coach and entire class could not have been more welcoming and made me feel like I had been a member for years! I procrastinated joining a gym or starting to work out for almost two years, fully knowing I was going to need to at some point, especially once I turned thirty. I have always been extremely self conscious, especially when it comes to my body. Finally I was talked into trying a few free classes and I can honestly say it’s been the best choice I’ve made in years! Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome. It feels like I have found another family. I have never worked out and have no knowledge about the gym or weights. The coaches are there for you every step of the way. They break down the movements for you and make sure your form is good which is better for your body. I’m pretty sure my coworkers, friends and family are tired of me talking about Prevail because it’s all I talk about right now! If you’re considering bettering your physical and mental health, I highly recommend giving Prevail Gym a try!

Prevail helped me find myself again. I've been going to Prevail for a little over a month now and it's been the best thing I've done for myself in a long time. Coach Shannon helped me determine what I wanted out of this experience. Not just my fitness goals, but my life goals as well, which put a lot of things in perspective for me and made me realize what was really important in my journey.
All the coaches are extremely encouraging, knowledgeable, and helpful in explaining and demonstrating all the exercises, stretches, proper form, modifications, equipment, nutrition, etc. They don't expect you to compromise your health, they just want you to do your best everyday and to leave it all out on the floor.
When I started group classes I was extremely self conscious, but right away I was surprised that I already knew so many members, who reassured me that I had made the right decision for myself. I've also met so many new, awesome, people and am so thankful for this Prevail community welcoming me and encouraging me to continue to do my best. Honestly, if you are interested in trying Prevail, just do it, you won't regret it!

The exercises can be graded based on an individual’s fitness-level and personal goals. The prices are more than fair. The workouts are as hard as you want them to be. They are researched, organized, and safe. You have a coach that takes you through instructions and stretching before and after the workout. You just show up and put in your hour. There are 6 classes every weekday to fit your schedule, as early as 5 am to as late as 6:45 pm. People have many reasons for joining prevail and it fills the need whatever it may be from fitness, mental stability/escape, a support group, accountability, nutrition, you name it. There are free trials and you will be welcomed the first time through the door. Give it a try and you won't regret it.

I never wanted to work out in a freak, it freaked me out. I decided to try it out during the virtual classes in 2020 and I’ve been addicted ever since.

Where do I begin with this gym? My beginning, I am a 41 y/o woman out of shape and finally the kids are getting more independent so I can work on me! I am so lost when I walk into a gym and look at all the equipment, I don't know how to use anything or how many reps to do. When I walked into Prevail, Shannon welcomed me with open arms, and I immediately felt this was the place for me. No big scary pieces of equipment that I didn't even know how to turn on, just a group of people (some older, some younger and some my age) working out and encouraging one another to keep going! 5 stars isn't enough, I feel physically and mentally stronger, I can do anything!

Prevail is different than any other gym I've every been a member of or visited. First of all, the workouts are TOUGH and I love that! I feel challenged every day and I push myself to go farther than I ever would if I worked out alone. The community of people at Prevail is what makes it exceptional. Prevail is one of the best places I've ever been in my life. The workouts will kick your butt in the best way. The other Prevailers (gym-goers) are just as fun, awkward and supportive of each other as they are of themselves. The Prevail Gym is amazing for all fitness levels! Shannon (Prevail owner) is amazing to work with and very knowledgeable. The workouts are challenging but can be modified and they are never boring.
