This month had been challenging for me changing routines, making workouts and improving healthy habits. However it paid off even that the change has not been radical. What I found different in Bryan, is his approach to people, humble, with smile, and backing up the results with scientific data. Always, with a positive reinforcement. The equipment to measure your body give me the opportunity to see result that would not be visible in the regular weight machine. Thanks for all the advice that would help me in the journey regained my health.

Great trainer! I've made so much progress with my health in the past year. Brian does an amazing job at progressively building strength without leaving me exhausted and sore. He also helps with habits outside the gym like food choices, sleep habits and cardio exercise. His app pairs well with my Fitbit so he can track my progress during the week.

Brian is easy to work with! He has done a good job building my workout so I’m not super sore the couple of days after. He gives helpful progress reports. I have never used anything in the gym but the weight machines so everything he is introducing me to is new. (dead lifting, shoulder pressing, bands, floor core exercises, dumb bell lunges). He has patiently explained to me how to complete the exercise and the benefits of what I’m doing.

Brian has a system that works well. He’s organized, tracks progress, and encourages along the way. He uses technology well for all of this. He asks for feedback after particular exercises to make adjustments as needed. I had never met Brian before training with him, and I wouldn’t be taking the time to write this review if he wasn’t truly talented and dedicated to his work and clients.

Be prepared for a lifestyle change when you’re trained by Travis, mentally and physically. He is a great coach and extremely knowledgeable. He’s motivating, energetic, and really attentive. He modifies the workouts when it’s necessary so that you can grow in strength.
