Title Boxing Chesterfield is awesome! Unfortunately, it didn't work with my workaholic schedule, but it was a great club and is worth the investment. The instructors are great. The workouts are never the same and fun. The ownership is perfection. I was so impressed and would recommend Title Boxing Club Chesterfield to anyone looking for a great, sweat like crazy, workout... It's soooooo worth it!

Great club in Rock Hill - high-intensity full body workout, top notch trainers, very clean facility, great selection of class times. Been a member for 3 years and can't imagine a better workout at another gym.

I have never been to Title Boxing and was thinking about starting, I heard it was great. I have a few questions though; 1. What are all the benefits?(e.g. Cardiovascular Health, coordination, overall fitness) 2. Does this program teach you how to fight?(e.g. self defense, tournaments, basically all of that) and 3. Are the trainers good? (Do they encourage/motivate you? Help you get better?)

If you don't leave looking like you've been swimming, you're doing something wrong. I was initially hesitant to try boxing, but just moved to the area and needed an outlet. I'd tried having regular gym memberships for a few years and just felt like I needed something different as the gym obviously wasn't doing the trick. I entered quite out of shape and uncoordinated and had no idea what to expect. I can only imagine how I looked as the old out of shape weirdo flailing about the gym ready to collapse just after the warm up. But, that's just it - it was only in my head. There was nothing but encouragement from the trainers and nobody else cared what I was doing as they were focusing on what they were doing. So what if I looked ridiculous.
Note for beginners - Take the first free class, then wait for 4 days while your body recovers and come back. I was astonished at how much better I was with just the 2nd class. I knew I was hooked and bought wraps, gloves, and a year long membership. I have loved every class and am getting better and better each time. Trainers also come around and make sure you are doing to moves and combinations correctly. So what if I can't do push ups on my toes, they just tell me to do what I can and not to cheat myself of what I can do.
Classes are daily and in hour increments and alternate between boxing and kickboxing. I have alternated enough now to experience every trainer and it's fun to see how each trainer mixes each workout up. I haven't experienced the same workout twice and each one has been well worth my time.
Fast forward 9 months, and I have a new boxing addiction. I love how strong I feel and how energized I am after a class. The support and encouragement during classes has never wavered. They also offer personal training for individuals or couples.
Highly recommended!!

Title Boxing kept me in amazing shape and helped me to prepare for some of the military's most rigorous physical training. I no longer live in Chesterfield, and I miss going to Title! Highly recommended!

I have been coming to Title for almost 7 months. I love the atmosphere. I attend the 530 morning class. The trainers know how to wake us up and kick our butts! The music is pumping and the energy is great. One of the things I like best is the motivation the other gym members give each other...this is your fit family!
