Train Gym is such a great place to work out! Itβs welcoming, and I always feel comfortable here as a female without a ton of weightlifting experience. The team is so supportive, the atmosphere is positive, and it truly feels like a place where everyone belongs.

If you're looking for a typical gym this is not the place.
If your looking for a gym that makes you groove with some of the kindest people AND get a good workout without it feeling like a workout then this IS the place for you. 10/10! Will Def come here again

Never been a client, tried to get our daughter on there & if you expect a prompt response good luck. We called & no one ever answered the phone, we left messages & sent them messages on fb & no one ever got back with us. Finally after over a month of continuously trying to get ahold of them with no response we decided to go in & talk to someone. They were busy so we had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to get free to talk to us, no big deal but the trainers greeting to us was "I only have 5 minutes before my next client, what do you want to know?" He acted like we were interrupting him & didn't want to talk to us. If you're so busy that you can't talk to or return messages for potential clients then I suggest you post that you are not accepting new clients. I'm glad you have your client base established because if you were a new company & treated you potential clients like this you would be done before you ever got started. For the price you charge you can at least return a phone call or fb message.

I have had challenging, yet fun personal training from Coach Lexie, she knows exactly how to make you feel strong! Also the small group boot camps i have attended for years now, are awesome. The people are supportive and kind. It's impossible not to make friends here

I just finished the 8 week Jump Start program with Christina at Altered. I wanted to start a diet and exercise program to lose weight and get fit. Christina helped me to do just that! She is fun to be around and is very motivational. She always made me feel like she believed in me and that I could push through the tough parts of any work out. She gave me macro goals that were achievable and helped me lose weight. I lost 8 pounds, multiple inches, and gained muscle and feel better. I cannot brag enough about this program!! Never before have I felt so welcome in a gym environment as I feel at Altered every single day. My trainer is Christina, and she's just the best trainer ever! She pushes me, but knows my limitations. She's very knowledgeable about food like nobody I've ever met, she's always researching new ways to work different muscle groups to keep her sessions unique, and her personality is so fun to be around! Christina greets me with a smile at the gym daily at 5am because she knows my hectic schedule prevents me from being able to make a solid training time daily... so that time isn't available, haha! I've also had the pleasure of being trained by other fantastic trainers such as Melynn, Troy, and Christian! You cannot go wrong with any of them as they are the best around, too! It's weird, but 5am has quickly become my favorite part of my day and I've never felt as healthy and strong as I do today! Whatever your needs are, whether it's losing weight, gaining strength, maintaining health, or needing that motivation to get out there and try what works... give them a call! You will not regret it one bit!

Seems we hardly think twice about spending money to continue our education or doing things to get ahead in our lives or or careers; But shouldn't we look at spending money to get a personal trainer the same way? Sure in health/fitness there are so many ways of getting in shape, losing fat and getting fitter, stronger and faster. And there are so many choices that we often find ourselvesΒ running around in circlesΒ not knowing where to go. But the point is, that there is more than one way to skin a cat (or lose the fat/get healthy) - but what we often miss is the point of taking action. Once I came to a place where I had made that very decision to take action I knew I needed a little help on knowing what to do next and I found Altered Physique. For one year Christina Porter has been my trainer and Iβm still a work in progress; But now, training for me is no longer about the scales or a sense of duty. Itβs about strengthening and conditioning my mind as well as my body. Its about my physical and mental health - and it has become my favorite part of the week. Itβs my meditation. This has all been possible for me because I had the right trainer. I would highly recommend Christina Porter to anybody wanting change but is unsure how to achieve their goals. She is truly interested in every one of her clients and wants the best for them. She will gear sessions to help you achieve your own personal goals. And maybe even change your life along the way - she not only helped me change my life, she touched my heart in the process.

I am four weeks into my 8 week Jumpstart program and have seen amazing results! Mica does an awesome job challenging me and is very supportive. I am so glad I decided to do this.
Update: I'm done with my Jumpstart program and am down 5.38% body fat, have lost 14 inches, and have gained lean muscle mass. If your looking to change your lifestyle and become healthier you should check out altered physique!
