Our first season 2023-2024 at Trilogy went pretty good. However, second season the cheer coaches where seen frequently goofing off during practices, favortism is shown to certain athletes, girls are moved up levels without the necessary skills, practice gear is mandatory (you spend $160+) and is not enforced although you are assured it will be, attendance contract is not enforced, girls miss mandatory practices and aren't removed from their positions on the routine regularly, rules are set for most but others aren't made to follow them, parents who cause the most drama/put their hands on athletes are protected by management, girls have told others they will purposely drop flyers if they dont like them, they have allowed athletes to record others and make fun of them, when issues are taken to management they aren't taken seriously.

Families where also expected to spend thousands to travel to Myrtle Beach for a Nationals competition because the teams "won bids" at a competition when they where their was only 1 or 2 teams in the division so they received bids by default. The weeks leading up to nationals we watched coaches play around on the mat while the girls where eager to practice to fine tune their routines, once competing at nationals 2 of the 3 teams came in last place in their division. At which time the cheer director tore these girls down even more by saying they where the "underdogs" and that she didn't expect them to win. Then why did we spend so much money? Why where the athletes and coaches not fine tuning routines for the practicing leading up to nationals?

I can not say enough good things about this place! Our first year we did competitive gymnastics and fell in love with not only Trilogy, but the staff as well! Since we had such an awesome experience last season, we decided to branch out and let our daughter try some of their other programs and they are all amazing! The staff members are all the nicest, hardest working, and motivational coaches ever! The little girls see that example being set and they are pretty good to one another as well when it comes to talking them up and being a “team” with positive attitudes and sportsmanship. Love this gym!

Our daughter Lux has been going to Trilogy for the past year. Shortly before starting classes, our daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 5! Leah, the owner, and the other coaches and staff have been amazing and never let Lux’s diagnosis define her or stop her from participating in her classes and learning new skills. Everyone at the gym is so friendly and welcoming! We are so glad we made the switch to Trilogy last year. Our daughter’s skills have grown so much over the year.

My daughter has been in a recreational gymnastics class at Trilogy for 3 years. She loves it! The coaches and staff at Trilogy are kind, patient, and encouraging. She has grown so much since her very first class, and the coaches tell her all the time how proud they are of her. She is excited every week to go to her gymnastics class!
