Exercise has always been a part of my life, but after three kids in 4 years, my strength, consistency and motivation had dwindled. The camaraderie, the trainers, and the workouts at TruNorth have helped me find that spark and motivation again. It didn’t take long to remember why I loved exercise in the first place. I now find myself LOVING early morning workouts because I know that my entire day will be better because of them. I am stronger than I have been in a very long time, but so excited to see progress and what the future holds. I give so much credit to the TruNorth team. They know exactly when and how to push you to do better. The workouts are written intentionally. They take the time to ensure proper form and technique, and explain the “why” behind the movements. It’s a one- of-a kind gym, and has truly become my happy place!

TruNorth is a welcoming gym community. The trainers “met me where I am” in my fitness journey and then “push” me from that point. I am getting stronger than I have ever been! The workouts are thoughtfully and intentionally programmed to focus on specific muscle groups each day and/or endurance. This prevents overtraining a specific area. The quality and variety of the equipment are fantastic, ensuring you will experience a dynamic workout at each class. The programming is well designed and smart as it focuses on building strength week after week in monthly protocols. Overall, the facility is beautifully designed, safe, and very welcoming.

This gym was exactly what I was looking for with getting back into working out, building strength (using a barbell again!), and adding in some tough conditioning days that end up being a favorite of mine with how each member cheers and supports one another.

I always appreciate the coaches sharing advice, motivation, or reflection when we stretch at the end of class. I would not want to start my day any other way.

I had been wanting to add more strength training into my current routine and wasn't sure what I wanted to do. When I heard Stephanie was opening this gym, I figured this was worth a look. From the very first time I tried a class, I knew this was the place for me. Every workout pushes me, but in a good way! And, while I definitely felt intimidated walking into there with all of this equipment I've never used before (I'm looking at you, Squat Rack), the trainers always take the time to correct my form, explain why we're doing certain movements, and make sure we're progressing in a safe manner. They are encouraging and incredibly knowledgeable.

5:15am classes aren't for everyone, but the energy in those classes is amazing. It's not only the trainers shouting out encouragement, it's other members of the class. The community feel makes it easier to stay consistent!

I was so excited to see a gym join this plaza so I went out of my comfort zone and stopped in for a tour. I am easily intimidated by large gyms and group work outs and previously stuck to strength training in my basement. But I’ve been in a rut and not seeing progress. I decided now was the time and I joined! Even though it is a group work out, it is broken down into blocks with small groups. The trainers know my name, they push me and spot me to the last rep (true muscle failure) and cheer me on. I’m only three weeks in but I love the accountability. Give Tru North a try! I’ll cheer you on!

I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Stephanie and Tru North 🥹🥹 the facility is amazing but the trainers are what is really special. I started doing online 1-1 training with Stephanie at TruNorth about 3 months ago and I am so grateful I did. I have chronic pain and some injuries that make it difficult to work out. Stephanie has made workouts specifically around my injuries to make sure I can work out safely and still feel the good kind of sore the next day. I have been lucky enough to work out with all three of the trainers at TruNorth and I can confidently say you are in good hands with whomever you work with!
