Really good for a small time gym. I'll get a guest pass with I am visiting nearby and it is very reasonable. The equipment is good, they have a nice high row and hack squat which are pretty rare.
Some easy upgrades would be a seated leg curl, 4" camber bar for benching, a nice firm pad to offset the leg press and get full depth, as well as reupholstering the benches with some firmer and narrower padding.
Seems to have a good social environment as well. Would definitely join if I lived in the area.

Ultimate Fitness has a lot of good equipment and I've rarely had to wait for any of the squat racks or bench presses which is nice. It's great for lifting, cardio, walking, etc. and I'd definitely recommend going here. I love the convenience of having it open 24/7! The only problem I had was initially getting my membership. They have reasonable desk hours but I was working pretty late so it was hard for me to get in that first time. I messaged them on Facebook and they were willing to come in a little early or stay late to help me with that though, so it was not a serious problem.

Not very helpful and a trainer cost over 50 dollars a hour . It is 24/7 access but you have to do it on ur own. 30 for month membership and 35 with the 24/7 access with key
