Great place to workout! Quality equipment. Friendly staff and members. Very clean. Sanitation supplies throughout the facility are provided and even were there before the Chinese Wuhan virus hit. Membership fee is reasonable and affordable especially when compared to other facilities.

Vault Fitness is very professional. The individuals that have a problem are ones who do not pay attention to what is said or what the contract says when they sign up. Also, every detail about membership and cancelling is in the contract when you sign or told to you. If you have a problem you should have read the contract. It is always clean, staff is amazing, and it is family friendly. The only people that ever have problems are ones who don’t pay or read the contract. If you can’t follow policies then don’t sign up at a gym period. Vault Fitness is a great gym to go to!

I signed a contract for my daughter. She has been a member for well over a year. Our contract was up. I called to cancel her membership because she had not gone in well over six months. The lady told me to just come in before the next payment and we would take care of it. Never one time did she mention that if it was not 2 weeks before the payment date that I would get charged again. When I got there to cancel she decided to tell me that. Had I known that when we spoke prior, I would have went in and canceled before hand. Instead of honoring what she said, she decided to get in to a text battle with me and let me know that I was not welcome back. Our contract had been up for quite a while. I would definitely not recommend this place. I would pay a few dollars more to have someone be professional and courteous.
