Vary clean gym good variety of equipment and friendly owner but the male bathroom door had a 3ft gap above and below it covers right above my knees and right below my shoulders it's extremely uncomfortable to use as anyone who is over 5ft can easily look over the door

Great place to workout. Very clean, and Tara is amazing. Sauna upstairs, tanning bed for a small fee, workout equipment on the main floor everything from weights, resistance bands, treadmills, row machine, stair climber, squat machine, and go downstairs for a little privacy. You can bring your own DVDs to workout to. In there you'll find a punching bag to let off some steam from a long week. All sizes of kettle balls, and weights as well. Great place to go!

A nice, CLEAN, easily can obtain your goals with the equipment, & bonus there is a sauna in the locker rooms! The owner is very passionate about healthy, fitness, her family, & her community!! & there is a smoothie shop right next to the gym! Its a win all the way around!
