Hello, my name is Clint. I am a personal trainer based out of St. Charles County. I run my business out of Freedom Fitness in Wentzville. I also do at home visits, and do nutrition coaching as well. I do 1:1 sessions, group fitness sessions, as well as offer my services to youth athletes. I specialize in kickboxing and martial arts training as well.

Kickboxing with Clint is one of my favorite ways to train. Why? Because, I don’t even realize I’m working out. There’s no better way to break a sweat- getting in cardio and conditioning.
