We Gym Fitness is a facility that conducts effective functional training, strength and conditioning workouts and cardiovascular exercises. Our program is designed to fit your fitness goals whether it’s building muscle or weight-loss. The We Gym goal is for you to acquire the knowledge and techniques needed for you to be successful in your fitness journey.

I’ve been going to Wegym for a while now, and it’s truly a hidden gem. It’s a small, intimate space focused on fitness-strength training primarily with some cardio mixed in-in small group classes — which means you get the energy of a group but the attention of one-on-one coaching.
Karon, the trainer and owner, does an incredible job leading every session. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, and knows how to push you in a way that’s motivating, not overwhelming. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, he meets you where you are and helps you progress safely and effectively.
What I appreciate most is the personal feel — you’re not just another number walking into a big-box gym. The environment is friendly, supportive, and focused on real results. I’ve gained strength, confidence, and a community here.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality training in a welcoming and professional setting!

This gym is amazing! The classes are run by a wonderful personal trainer (Coach K) and different every time you show up, but all focused on building strength and endurance, which I love. You are pretty much guaranteed to sweat and get a great work out. The classes are fairly small, so it really feels like you’re getting the attention of a personal trainer - a true bargain for the price.

I love WeGym! Since starting here, I’ve lost weight, gained muscle, and increased my strength and endurance. The environment is supportive and encouraging. The workouts are fun and varied and can be modified for any fitness level. Karon is an excellent trainer with a passion for fitness. I actually enjoy my workouts now and look forward to coming to the gym!

I heard nothing but good things about Coach K and We Gym Fitness. I joined a few months ago and have enjoyed the work outs, environment, class size, fellow work out peeps, location, etc. Coach K has some great work out plans that challenge you and leave you gasping for air (in a good way). He genuinely cares about your fitness goal! If you have a desire to be more challenged, just ask him and he will deliver! He is a great trainer, with a passion and work ethic that keeps you motivated and excited. Reach out and give him a chance, you won't be disappointed.

Karon is a wonderful trainer, the workouts are always challenging and fun. He is very good at making any substitutions if you have injuries. Nice small gym feel with good people. Lots of positive energy and a great workout. Highly recommend!

The coach is AMAZING and works with any fitness level. Every day is something different. Even if you’re having aches and pains. He will work around it. The small class sizes allows you to get the personal training feeling without the cost.

I started at We Gym in March of this year because I was looking for a boot camp style workout and my friend had been going for a while. She had nothing but great things to say about it. I immediately fell in love with the process and the people. Coach is the best and he works hard to keep it fresh and new each class. The classes are small and the people keep you motivated. No screaming at each other or fake enthusiasm just hard work and fun. I am feeling stronger than ever. If you would like to kick it up a notch join this gym. You won’t regret it.
