We recently joined this gym and were extremely disappointed with our experience. At 5:00am, the music being played was full of explicit, graphic, and highly offensive language—including slurs. When we brought our concerns to the staff, we were told it was “just gym music,” and it was clear they didn’t take our concerns seriously.
We also tried reaching out to the owner and never received a call back. On top of that, I still don’t have proper access through the app—my account continues to say a manager is handling the request, and nothing has been resolved.
We had high hopes for this gym, but the lack of professionalism, inappropriate environment, and poor communication left us extremely disappointed.

I go 2 times a week as I have moved. It's my lifting home. I'm not an expert lifter yet but I'm making progress. Cleaned up my diet and a lot of other things. Sticking to my plan is difficult but it's helpful. Still love this gym.

Hidden gem! Xfit Nixa is always super clean. Very friendly employees. 2 full sides of workout equipment so you can always get your workout in without having to wait in anybody. Couldn’t recommend enough! 5 stars.

Questionable Owner Integrity.
Owner posted free pickup for construction leftovers. I let him know I had a decent drive and didn't want commit if items would taken while I was on the road. 12 minutes before I arrived, he confirmed and the items were gone when I arrived.
Seemed a little careless for other people's time.

This gym is great. Filled with great equipment and people. Love how it’s open 24/7. However, I do have a few issues. The private bathroom toilet has not been working for at least a few months and the stall in the men’s bathroom doesn’t have a lock for whatever reason. Also the water fountains could use a good cleaning. These are minor nitpicks that could be easily fixed. Still though, I love this gym. Highly recommend.

Very clean, well organized and overall great gym that is also 24/7 with a very convenient system for getting in after hours. Everyone is always great, both owners and patrons. David and Kelly are both awesome and all of the trainers seem glad to help with anything both at Nixa and the personal training only facility in Springfield. A great organization as a whole and have helped me immensely in getting back to the gym and working along a fitness journey. I would and have recommended both facilities to family and friends.

This is by far the best gym I’ve ever been to. Super clean facility and equipment. It’s not crowded and the people who attend are respectful of others’ space. As a woman who was afraid of walking into a gym for the fear of not knowing where to start, Kelly has made this experience amazing. She holds you accountable yet understands your limit. She listens to what goals you have for yourself and maximizes your workouts and meal plans so you get the full benefit. When I am not sure about my form during a specific workout, Kelly continuously offers guidance and support to keep me on track. By far the best gym around with the greatest people.
