Alloy Billings is a great place to get on track and to stay on track. Detailed programs and small groups make falling into the ‘woodwork’ a thing of the past. I’m 55 years old and in the best shape of my life. Forget instagram video workouts; it’s already planned for you at Alloy. Additionally the trainers make certain that you get the ‘most’ out time in the gym by ensuring proper technique is being used. I can’t say enough good about this place. Check it out. You’ll thank me. :) - Jim Gainan, Billings 300+ sessions.

I have been training at Alloy for about 3 years. It has helped me become the best version of myself healthwise. I love the personal attention, the small group setting, the knowledgeable and supportive trainers, and the variety of strength training exercises. The trainers also provide adaptations to exercises for anyone with issues related to injuries or other health concerns. Joining Alloy has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life!

I'm new to this whole fitness thing, so I wanted someone there to show me what to do. I've been going for about 6 weeks and really enjoy the classes. It was tough at first and boy was I sore the first two classes, but quickly it became kind of fun to see how far I could push myself. The team there is great! Always giving encouragement and making sure I'm doing things properly and safely as to avoid any injury. There's absolutely no pressure to perform beyond your limits and I took it slow for awhile and still do at times. I can't say enough good things about the trainers! Some of the nicest folks you'll ever meet. Blake runs the place and was very thorough at my initial meeting with him to make sure we addressed my goals and progress. I guess I can go on and on, but just take a look at all the five-star reviews and you'll know right away that Alloy is a great place to get fit!

Alloy has been a great investment! The trainers are all kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. They are great at customizing workouts around injuries or skill level. My strength has increased significantly since starting at Alloy and I am noticing that I am able to do other activities such as running without getting hurt. The social aspect of Alloy has also been great - it is so nice to work out with such a supportive and energizing group! I would recommend Alloy to anyone who is interested in getting more active or who is interested in becoming a stronger, better version of themselves.

Over the past several years I have joined different fitness centers in Billings. Alloy personal training is by far my favorite! Blake and the other trainers, Keaton, Max, and Cola not only have expertise in fitness, but have created an environment that is encouraging, positive, and motivating. Every individual is welcomed no matter what fitness level or goals they are trying to accomplish. In a short matter of time I knew I had found the center and fitness family for me. I highly recommend them for everyone’s fitness journey!

I love this place for many reasons! The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, patient, respectful and have adapted my training in line with my limitations and abilities. I started with Alloy 7 months ago, and this has been one the best decisions I have made for my health goals. I have really surprised myself with my progress and desire to stick with it. I owe that to the fact that Alloy is not like a traditional gym setting. They offer small group, personalized training. The atmosphere is always fun and positive. The trainers are very encouraging, knowledgeable and always ensure everyone is using proper form and give modifications as needed. It has been great getting to know other members, who are also encouraging and supportive of each other. This is an all around great place, and I look forward to my sessions each week! Thank you Alloy trainers for the great work you do!

Update Aug.30 2024:
I had taken a couple of months off from going, and just got back into it this week. I was lifting on my own, but I knew I needed more, as the stuff you do here at Alloy you really don't want to do on your own lol. Full body dynamic moves will challenge the strongest of you, honestly! So after two sessions I am so glad to be back, I challenge anyone who thinks that you have it dialed in to try a few classes and you will have more sore muscles than you thought possible! 💪
So I am thankful to be back and look forward to breaking through my plateau!
Still very friendly and motivated people, and if you have shoulder or knee issues they can help strengthen you through them!

Great place and great people, no matter what your age is, or your experience/ fitness level is, they will challenge you. Even if you have specific physical issues you want to work on they will focus on fixing it. Great friendly atmosphere, never boring, highly recommend if you really want to elevate yourself to another level of fitness.

I started working out at the gym about 5 months ago, before I started I couldn't do squats, I had trouble getting up out of couches and chairs also I avoided getting on the floor or ground at all costs becouse I could not pick myself up at all.

Now I have the strength to do all those things and more. I never enjoyed going to the gym before I found alloy, now I do. The trainers make working out fun and adjust to your personal needs.

I loved the workouts at Alloy. Blake, Jake, and Keeton are all really good trainers and people! They are encouraging, optimistic, knowledgeable , and genuinely enjoy helping members reach their goals and encourage them to keep going and set new goals. The scheduled workouts are like appointments at Alloy so it's more motivation not to miss and I left every workout feeling strong and confident I got an effective whole body workout. Also there is such a positive energy/ environment at Alloy too, which creates a sense of belonging and community. Unfortunately for me, it was just a little more per month that my workout budget allowed but I miss everyone and highly recommend!!! Thanks for all you do Alloy!

I had decided early this year that I needed to do something before it was too late as I watch my 85 year old mom struggle to get out of her chair, walk, and reach down to tie her own shoes. Working an office job, sitting in front of a computer all day, too many sedentary hours every day, I was heading for the same struggles. I found out about Alloy and I knew after my very first session with Paul, that this would be it, so I signed up. Quite a few of the exercise movements were difficult and I thought I might never get better, but Paul, Keaton, and Blake never doubted that I would get better. Eight months later, with their expert instruction, guidance and motivation, I am stronger and confident and feel good about myself again. Their extensive knowledge and insight for finding alternative options for doing an exercise based on your strength level so that you still get the most benefit from your workout session isn’t something you can get from a regular gym membership because at Alloy since the classes are a maximum of 6 people, you are getting that personal attention. I’ve met so many great people of all fitness levels that are welcoming and there is never any judgment like I have felt when I’ve gone to other gyms. It’s like a big family and I’ve personally found that accountability is easy because I look forward to going!

I sought out Alloy when I was looking to return to lifting after a hiatus of pregnancies & young children. It was just what I needed!

Blake, Paul, & Keaton explicitly tell & show what muscle group is being used and how to perform the exercises so there is a focus on form and function.

They have created a warm, fun environment where all skill levels and ages are welcome.

Because the class sizes are limited to 6 people, the trainers can personalize the exercises to your goals and physical needs.

I'm thankful for the guidance and positive connections I've made at Alloy. If you are looking to start exercising or want to push yourself to reach a goal, Alloy trainers are there for you!

When you want knowledge and passion about fitness, look no further than Alloy! When I joined alloy a few months ago, I knew that I had to make a change, and I wanted to invest in myself. As I get older I also knew that strength training is key for the long game, in strength and bone health. Paul and his team are incomparable. The workouts are awesome, and appropriately challenging. They meet you at your level and challenge you to push past your previous limits. The class size is limited so you really do get one on one training mixed with group class encouragement. Everyone is so nice and supportive, and most have incredible results! This is already showing results for me personally in so many ways, I can’t wait to see where I am in a few months time! Best of all, I don’t have to worry about creating a workout set, I can show up and they’ve done that for me. So many people want fast and easy results. That isn’t sustainable. As Paul says, “strength training IS the magic pill!” And I happen to agree. Join today. Don’t wait.

I’ve joined gyms before, but none of them have ever convinced me to work out at 530am! It’s a good place to wake up in the morning - I enjoy the lifting, the coaches, the vibe. It’s not quite been a year and I continue to see results. One of my favorite things is giving the coaches a goal I’ve made for myself…they work on it with me very time I’m in the gym! They want nothing but to see me succeed. What a place to be! If you want to try strength training, I can’t recommend it enough.

The trainers at Alloy are fantastic! They go above and beyond to get to know each client and their specific needs. I’m 64 and feeling better than I have in years. I’ve exercised regularly my entire life but felt myself getting lazy the past few years, and gained 15 pounds. I needed some motivation and I found it at Alloy. In 4.5 months I’ve dropped 10 lbs, lost 8.3% body fat, and increased lean muscle by 2.7 lbs. And I’ve had fun doing it! The small group training allows for a lot of personal attention while working alongside others who encourage, motivate, and make me laugh. I’ve never had this much fun working out and I look forward to that hour most mornings that I spend with my Alloy family. We rock!

Alloy is a concept I wish I had available to me at a younger age. Most of my earlier workouts involved aerobic activity, usually a stationary bike, stair stepper, and aerobics classes. I am lazy in the fact that I don't want to think about how I am going to strengthing lower or upper body and research new exercises to keep it fresh. Then showing up at the gym, usually full of younger men and women in their prime working faster than I can to cycle through the available equipment. Ugh! 🙄

Alloy is an innovative solution to my shortcomings. All I do is show up! Which after a long work day can be difficult. I am greeted EVERYTIME I walk in the door. There is no thinking about what I am going to work on. It's already decided unless I ask the trainer for something else. Trainers are vigilant in the proper form and assist if needed and WANT to answer any questions you have. If I am unable to complete an exercise trainer's are ready with different ones to obtain a similar outcome.

The classes are no larger than 5 to 6. Co Alloy-ites encourage me and we celebrate each other's accomplishments. You can schedule "accountability" sessions with trainers, and it's completely based on your body and personal goals.

If you want the traditional style of strength training at a typical gym as mention then by all means go there. But if you are looking to make strength training fun and learn about yourself, where the awkward self conscious about your body melts away then Alloy is a start.

I have been a member at Alloy since January 2022 and feel Alloy is committed to helping me in MY own personal journey in health and fitness.
Thank you Paul, Keaton, and Blake

I can’t say enough about Alloy and the staff. They are great at what they do and make it fun while doing it. I was seeing results, but it was short lived because of some health issues. I continued to pay for my membership in hopes of returning, but then came to the conclusion that I will be out a lot longer than anticipated. Other gym memberships won’t care about your situation and money, but I was so surprised and grateful that management at Alloy let me keep count of unused sessions that built up and use them when I could. Then when I was completely unable to go they let my husband go in my place because I paid for the sessions. What other gym would do that…none! This is an honest and solid place. When I first found Alloy, I was having some pretty profound life struggles. They took me in with zero judgment, and offer nothing but support. Each time I walk through the door, I feel like I’ve won! I am getting stronger, I’ve gained friends, and I feel blessed to have found them. They are one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

Alloy Personal Training has been a great fit for me. Being a former athlete I fell out of the habit of making the gym a priority. Alloy has helped me get back on track, Paul and his team have been fantastic!

Alloy has been a wonderful experience! Paul, Keaton and Sam pay attention to detail to make sure you are doing the correct movements, and tailoring them to you depending on your ability. There is always an encouraging attitude in your classes among the trainers and the attendees.

Alloy is the best decision I have ever made for myself. The training is exceptional. The trainers are the best. They have taught me so much in my two months there. It was exactly why I decided to join. I knew I needed to get in and get fit after recovering from major back surgery. But I didn’t know proper technique. I didn’t want to just start working out blind not knowing the right and wrong way so I would just damage myself again. They have worked so closely. They will stop me if I am not using proper control and show me how to do do it right. They push you with just the right encouragement to go a step farther. My balances has improved. My strength has improved. And I gained more muscle in my 2 months than I thought possible.
I have made so many great new friends working out in different classes. Everyone is happy to be there. And they encourage you like lifetime friends.
Alloy is one of the best investment I have ever made for myself. It’s worth every dime. They have put the love of exercise, fitness, and myself back in me again. My love and thanks to them all.
If anyone is thinking about investing in themselves I say go for it. You will be so glad you did. Alloy rocks!

I have tried so many times on my own to get the results that Alloy helped me achieve. The trainers care about your success. They celebrate goals with you. With in the first month I had more energy, balance and confidence. Never a day that you won't walk out of that place feeling accomplished and proud of yourself. This is a team of people you will love being a part of!!

Great gym with knowledgealbe & enthusiastic trainers at the helm. As someone who never had any experience with weights, the "gym scene" was intimidating. But an aging body and the understanding that strength training is important got me going to Alloy. Thanks for being in Billings!!!

I began using Alloy Personal Training to help me strengthen my body core. At 65yrs age with pain and medical issues arising, it was time to do something about it. Paul is a great motivator and knows just what is needed to meet your personal goals. This summer I broke my back in 3 places and the Dr. said the only thing keeping my back together without paralysis was my back muscles. I attribute this to my workouts at Alloy. I am now able to begin physical therapy and Paul is right by my side to assist me in the needed training to achieve the best muscle strength I can use with my back limitations. I will highly recommend Alloy Personal Training to anyone looking for one on one unique to your needs training.

The radiator in my husband’s truck blew while he was picking up our Jimmy John’s order. The two men working at Alloy Personal Training tonight (8/9/22) were able to help him push his car into a parking spot to get it out of the way of traffic. Thank you so much, guys!!

Alloy fitness has been a godsend to me. I am 70 years young😊 and am fighting my way back from open heart surgery. The trainers are so focused, friendly, and motivated to help me succeed. They are so in tune to my sore areas or injuries and constantly ask how I’m doing and if any of the work out causes pain. I go three days a week and absolutely love it. I have gained muscle and lost fat, and that is so important to me. I highly recommend Alloy fitness. The classes are very small and it is a friendly atmosphere. Everyone cheers each other on and it’s a great feeling. I have been with them for three months and I’m very happy with my results.

Amazing results both physically and mentally! I feel so much better since joining in March and the aches and pains I started with are gone! I am able to do anything without worrying about my knees or my shoulder! This has been a life changing decision for me and I see and feel the results every day! My golf game has improved, gaining 100 yards to my drive. I can get up off the ground holding my 20 lb grandson and all of my day to day tasks have become so much easier to do. The trainers , Paul, Keaton and Tommy are supportive, encouraging and very knowledgeable. They know how to get results and help you do it in a way that fits you as an individual. Joining Alloy has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself! I look forward to exercise, to working with the trainers and the people I’ve met along the way! Thank you for helping me become a better me!!

I joined Alloy Personal Training the beginning of April and it was one of my best decisions!! Truly my new happy place. "Personal Training" is not just a name it's their commitment. Each class is limited so the trainers can focus on individual personalized training. The trainers are amazing!! They make working out fun. Paul, Tommy and Keaton are very personable, knowledgeable, and prepare individual workouts tailored to each individual's skill level paying close attention to any injuries that may need specialized workouts. They will also push you out of your comfort zone to get the most out of your workout and not "cheat yourself" I could go on forever about what a great place Alloy Personal Training is!! If you are looking for an awesome Personal Training experience, you must give them a try. Great place to make new friends too.🙂

I decided to try Alloy Fitness for a change from my home workouts. I came to the gym in pretty good shape and the crew at Alloy helped me break through some plateaus and get into the best shape I’ve been in since my 20’s! I’m 50 now and have great abs, muscle, 13% body fat and feel great!

Regardless of your fitness level give Alloy a try. It’s a great gym and they will adapt to any fitness level!

Very nice people and nice group fitness setup, with one huge flaw. I was not happy with the level of challenge the first couple weeks, Paul stepped up and made the sessions more challenging but I had to change my schedule to conform to his hours . This style of working out is still not what I was looking for and you have to book every session you want to go to. You can not work out whenever you want. I told Paul at the end of my 14 day trial period (went for consultation 6/30 and tried to quit 7/14) he accepted my 30 day notice. He told me my style of working out is “out dated”, but it’s what I want. Alloy is similar to orange theory, I want traditional type working out, in sets. I also wanted to work out super early mornings, i had to change my entire plan of working out early mornings to later mornings and evenings if I wanted to workout with him (everyone else is nice). The cost is $349 per month. The flaw is you are STUCK in a contract. Paul says my “way of working out is outdated”. Being STUCK in a gym contract is what is outdated. Paul could tell I was not happy within my 2 week “trial” but yet I still got charged an extra month because “it’s policy”. Sometimes what you offer just isn’t right for everyone. This was not right for me. Scheduling a workout does not work for me, working out with someone different every session does not work for me, group training does not work for me, the style of workout does not work for me, being in a contract does not work for me. $349 donated to Alloy fitness, the people are nice though, very up beat and friendly. Expensive contracts should not be the reason people stay for 1 day or 1 month. Contracts are “outdated”

I have never experienced going to the gym and having a trainer, I love it! There are so many positive qualities at Alloy, of course, number one is their trainers. They are beyond knowledgeable and so positive. They understand your needs and have a workout specific for those needs. I over heard my husband tell his brother that I loved going, I’m not sure I’ve ever felt that when I’ve worked out before. I have nothing but wonderful thing to say about alloy!

I would just like to send a shout out to Paul and Peyton! These two are absolutely amazing!
A little personal background about me. I am very heavy and work a sedentary job. I have come to a point I don't recognize myself when I look in the mirror anymore. I was literally TERRIFIED to walk into a gym, and to be honest, it's the first gym I've ever had a membership at. I was in tears upon entering my interview.. completely embarrassed and scared. Paul was too amazing. Very uplifting and comforting. Helped get me to feel comfortable and a little more confident in my goals and myself. That did not stop after the first day. It's EVERY DAY. Greeted with smiles and great attitudes. Sessions are tailored to each individual and they really pay attention to how you're doing and LISTEN.
Man where have they been? Just what billings needed....
I look forward to reaching my first goal and can't wait to see where I'm at in one year.
Seriously, if you're thinking of going anywhere, this is your place!

I have been utilizing Alloy for little over a month now and I feel great. I primarily train with Paul, who takes an active interest in my health and well-being by checking on my nutrition, providing modifications as needed and pushing me outside of my comfort zone to build my confidence. The program is designed to help one set/achieve goals. As a client/member at Alloy, I feel invested in and that means a lot to me. If you are looking for a small group setting, with a more intimate training style, then I highly recommend this gym.
