This place is dirty. The bathrooms NEVER get clean and are regularly out of paper products, including when there are workers present. Regular items in the gym are worn and or missing. Real bummer it’s not cared for.

Been back here a year and I can honestly say most disgusting gym I have ever been in. Far from what it once was. Asked the manager in the heights if he could talk to someone about having the bathroom cleaned at the downtown location and was told that he should be cleaning the bathroom only at least once every few weeks. I have sent photos to the number on the office door, asked the downtown manager to clean the bathrooms and nothing has happened. At one point one of the showers had a bar of soap in the holder for over a month. It was only removed after I pointed it out to the manager. It's sad to see this place go downhill so much.

72$ a month is crazy when the YMCA has better gear for only 20$ a month. Not to mention the borderline spam from your progress check team, scheduling check ups without any acknowledgement from me. To top it off the 2 year binding contract is very shady and loops in another legal entity even bigger than planet fitness, not explained very well by the staff (could it be intentional?)

Worst gym ever! I don't recommend ever using anytime fitness. My credit card was stolen so I had to get a new one. Forgot to update it and my $34 charge got bumped to $93 for having an expired card. They never reached out to me just decided to charge me almost 3 times the amount.

Love anytime fitness! clean, has all the equipment I'll ever need, and I can find a time, anytime of day, that works for me to exercise. Also, the downtown club has an outstanding manager named Aaron. he actually comes out of the office and spots me if I need it! definitely keeping this membership for life!

Yea this place gets one star for me. They want your money and that's it. I won't lie I was super rude to the guy on the phone. They are the only anytime that charge high memberships. I called around all over the US today. "None ofthe other gyms charge because of the reagion they are in," they dont even come close to the amount I am paying. Run don't sign with this gym. Great gym ! Very clean and modern. I typically like smaller independent gyms due to overcrowded larger ones but this one finds a great balance. You won't feel self conscious here if your that type and if you still are go at the crazy off hours because bonus it's 24/7. I took one star off because the only times they can seem to do consultation is when most people are at work during the week I personally have Sundays and Mondays off so it's been pretty difficult to get the first consultation done. If I don't respond quickly to the trainers text I don't hear back from them until their next what I assume automated reminder is. Also I signed some other people up and never got my credit for it. All and all I would recommend it and you cant beat the location.

The staff is cool but in terms of a gym this place is lackluster. I normally go to this gym early in the morning and besides the regulars that actually work out this place is a homeless shelter. Ive addressed this issue with management multiple times and so has another regular. Frankly its a safety concern to the people who actually exercise at this facility. In terms of equipment the facility is also lacking, and for a 70$ monthly fee you definitely aren’t getting the bang for your buck. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone honestly and if you come at 3am be careful and watch your personal belongings while you work out.

Really great sign up process with a very friendly manager named Aaron. Even though I was running a few minutes behind he was very understanding, polite and considerate. Gave me a tour of the gym and a thorough explanation of the benefits of an anytime membership. Feels like a great holistic approach to working out tanning and training are both included in the cost of membership.

After three voice messages AND one in person visit we have yet to hear back from the manager I even spoke with IN PERSON whom runs all of them (he said). My Husband and I were willing to pay up to 6 months in advance for personal trainers 5 days a week as well. We are now gladly giving our money and time to another gym. Awful customer service at this location.

They put me into collections after they refused let me out of my contract. I signed a contract for a gym with 24/7 availability but instead they were only open till 9pm and I work till 8pm every night. not being open the times they promised and that I paid for seems like a breach of contract but I guess Im the one in collections. Do not go here

They have all the equipment you need to do a decent work out. Took one star off because it could be cleaner. But they do provide cleaning solution and towels to clean machines before and after each use. Staff is very friendly and are willing to work with you should you have any questions or concerns.

I signed a two year contract in October 2019. The credit card I was using as payment expired in February and rather than sending me a reminder to update my payment information they closed my account and sent me to collections in October of 2020. So now I owe over 18 months worth of payments and will get nothing in return for it because my membership has been deactivated. Every other company I had set up for recurring payments on that card had the decency to at least send me an email reminder to update my information so I don't know why Anytime Fitness couldn't grant me that courtesy, especially during covid.

Not impressed. Was an Anytime member for 7 years before moving to billings. Manager tried to push me into a 2 year contract and would never be direct on fees. And I can see why. $250 to buy out a contract or pay double the membership to go month to month. Then tried to charge me $60 when i went to cancel my membership since I didn't give 30 days notice even though I never signed a single contract with them. I like the gym and the people but managment is a joke. And I'm comparing this to all the gyms I've been to stretching from ohio to California. Billings is top 3 worst.

Charged extra randomly several times without a courtesy call to tell me what they were for. Expensive pricing for what you get. Machines are constantly broken and some have horrible squeaks that even my headphones can’t drown out. I liked working out there when it wasn’t crowded which can be done if you watch the peak times on google.

Watch out for the damaged flooring by the curling rack which you have to sneak around while someone is doing squats. I could go on but it’s up to you. Everyone has a deal breaker and mine is the high prices for a not so great gym. Maybe I should have tried the other locations but I never saw a trainer or manager last more than a year, so I think that says a lot too.

This place feels very dirty. The water fountain is disgusting and the water tastes like mold. While I was there a few nights ago their cable was shut off as well and this was during the heat of March madness. Ive also seem terrible customer service when trying to use the inbody scale.

When I question 205 dollars in charges for one month the manager was rude emails were not answered. I was also told by moving to a town where there was no fitness with in the allotted distance she was doing me a favor by cancelling my membership. I asked for corporate number and was refused.
