Fantastic gym and close to home. Clean and has a large amount of equipment to choose from. Better than that, the staff is awesome! Teddy and Rachael a big reason I've been able to keep on my workout routines. They're super friendly and inviting. Great stuff!

THIS GYM WILL WILL RIP YOU OFF!

My bill has increased without any notice from the company. This gym is not worth it. Even if it was a free membership I think they would find a way to screw you. They do not have good business practices at all.They also were not cleaning the facilities with antibacterial products. The majority of their equipment is old and not maintained. The last girl I talked to was snarky and couldn't care less about maintaining relationships since she didn't even listen to my complaints. Apparently they are too proud to be responsible to their customer. I go to cancel and have to wait a month because of a technicality. I really thought gyms like this went out of business in the early 2000's.

I was a member of this gym for over ten years. I was switched over to a certain rate and locked into a two year contract that I didn't know about and frankly, which seemed like a formality. I went to cancel and they want to charge me a $250 cancellation fee. They do not appreciate loyalty or care to do good business. They rather hide behind the contract and take your money. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

BUYER BEWARE: I just found my old contract from 2016 and the cancellation fee used to be $75.

Cancelled in the branch. Continued to charge. 2 months of charges, store itself won't refund. Told "Last payment December". Cancelled in person at gym. Did all paperwork, may have gone online at time to do so.
Continued to charge, Jan, Feb. Complained, not receptive but when I filed claim with better business bureau and notified bank of unauthorized auto withdrawals, and insisted, finally cancelled. I think.

The gym is clean. Patrons are friendly. The staff is amazing. The manager, Teddy, is congenial and helpful. Their trainer, Rachel, builds challenging/ fun workouts. She is funny and helps with form and motivation.

Ok actually should be like a 4.25... Teddy the GM was very pleasant (even took me on a small tour), the equipment was in good working condition - only had 3 small issues- 1) the paper towels ran out on a Saturday morning, I was there Friday evening working out- should not have happened, not a super big deal but with no towel service, 2) the equipment had oil, dust and other stuff on it, I am talking the areas people do not wipe down, but still nasty looking at it as you are working out... 3) SCREENS- holy wow , when the sun ran into the front and you are tyring to do your cardio makes you want to get off being blinded!!!! Owners need to give serious thought to invest them... otherwise small, but I liked how the equipment was placed and the staff was all very friendly!!!

Although this club is one of the smaller clubs I've been to, it's probably the most inviting. The GM keeps it clean and well maintained. He was enrolling me in the club and was extremely transparent. He gave me the difference between a standard membership and my insurance membership. Hands down this is the nicest gym!

This Gym is where it is at!!!

I've been an avid gym goer and into fitness since I was fifteen years old and have belonged to a lot of gyms.

This Gym is top notch with all your state of the art equipment and is super clean and even when it is peak hours, it isn't crowded to where your workout is effected.
That in itself is awesome and a rarity, but what makes this gym above the rest is the staff.

Teddy, Rachel and Kirk offer superb customer service!!! I have seen each one of them help people out beyond their employment roles... They Make This Gym Awesome!!!

If you are looking for a Great Gym in Billings, MT, look no further - it is worth every penny!!!

the GOOD: easy access, equipment in good functioning condition; reasonable equipment for crossfit needs (rowing machine, ski erg, airdyne bike, kettlebells)
the BAD: management is a revolving door; housekeeping is NONexistent; how this place is open with the list of likely health code violations is quite alarming (pubic hairs on sinks and on shower floors, splatter in toilets, sticky bathroom door handles, hairs on carpeting and floors, dirty walkways and cubbies); when you bring your concerns up to the manager there is always an excuse - "Oh that was on a weekend" or "that was early in the morning"; maybe if the housekeeper spent less time on his phone and more time cleaning this would not be a problem no matter what day or time one is at the gym.
Overall, okay- like most businesses in Billings, it's a monopoly- so you take what you get and make the best of it; the cons of a small town.... not much competition to make things better. The other gym nearby is a meat-market which doubles as social day for the housemakers; at least Anytime is "quieter"

TL;DR: Anytime fitness is all the worst parts of 2006 that seemingly refuse to die. Absurdly overpriced membership fees, rapacious contract commitments and cancellation terms, AND phone spam that just won't quit. If you love these things, go see Sven at Anytime Shiloh.

I gave Sven my contact info thinking we would want to sign up for a membership, and I specifically told him, "No marketing," to which he replied, "No problem!"

Then I saw their pricing structure and about threw up. Holy smokes this place is expensive! And they want you under a two-year contract? $260 a month for just my wife and I on a 24-month commitment...

I politely excused myself, and Sven seemed a little forlorn, wondering when he could follow up with me. I reminded him that my contact information was not his to use, and that I would let him know if I needed anything additional from him.

Now, like a crazy, jilted ex, Sven won't stop pestering me. He calls and texts at will even though I've told him repeatedly to stop. I went ahead and referred the matter to the FCC and the State Attorney General Offices of Consumer Protection today, and hopefully Anytime will come take Sven's phone away so he leaves me alone.
