Big Sky Fitness Fusion offers Barre, Spinning, Kickboxing, Yoga, Power Pump, Kettlebells, Personal Training,Reformer, Tower and chair Pilates classes, Mat Pilates, PiYo, Zumba, Kids Fitness, Gymnastics, and Tae Kwon Do in a fun, safe, and non-intimidating environment.
Just like the name-Fitness Fusion– implies, every class and personal training session fuse together resistance training, cardio, core, abs and stretching to give you a full body workout that is physique changing, heart pumping, and mind/body motivating.
Big Sky Fitness Fusion focuses on teaching an individual how to become healthier, stronger, happier and more balanced physically, mentally and emotionally.

Jolene is an organized instructor for this class of 8-10 people. She texts you reminders of your scheduled class, checks in with you the first few classes you take and at beginning of each week, and offers adaptations of exercises for your specific problem (injured shoulder, back , knee, etc.).

I was in town for a week for a ski trip with a group. I'm not a big skier, but definitely wanted to stay active. I dropped into a Barre class (with Jolene) first and really enjoyed it, and ended up doing two Reformer Pilates classes (also with Jolene) and another barre class (with Wendy). I felt totally welcome in the classes as a visitor and appreciated Jolene helping me out in the Pilates classes, since I hadn't done it before. She's great at explaining the workouts, offering modifications, giving feedback, and motivating the class. She also just seems like a genuinely nice person who's sharing her passion with others, which makes for a great environment in the studio.
Dropping into the barre classes was easy, but be sure to contact her if you want to do the Pilates classes, as it seems like they're typically pretty full with regulars (I can understand why!). I will definitely be back next time we're in Big Sky!

Jolene is the best pilates instructor - personal lessons or classes - that I have ever encountered. When I am not in Big Sky, I miss her sessions immensely. I Highly recommend you give a pilates session with Jolene a try. She even managed to hook my husband on pilates!

I’m an evangelist for Jolene’s Reformer Group Pilates because of her upbeat spirit and extensive knowledge of the body’s musculature. She tailors every class to challenge each client’s needs/injuries/strength level. Her vibe is one I love to be around each morning I walk into the studio. And the results keep me coming back! I have been going to Fitness Fusion for years, and I love the group classes. These days my favorites are Jolene's pilates and barre classes, but I recommend trying many to see what are your favorites. The workout space is great and lots of times to choose from.
