Julie at Body By Design in Livingston is hands down the best Pilates instructor I’ve ever worked with! Her knowledge, energy, and attention to form are unmatched. Every session is thoughtfully planned and tailored to challenge you while keeping things fun and engaging. I’ve seen incredible improvements in my strength, posture, and overall body awareness thanks to her. She creates such a welcoming and empowering environment—whether you’re brand new to Pilates or experienced, Julie will meet you where you are and help you grow. I can’t recommend her enough!

Julie is incredible at what she does! I have been repairing from a severe, longterm Lyme disease infection that completely decimated my strength, energy levels, and muscular system. I was in constant pain and weakness in my back and spine to where I could barely walk at times. Through Julie's intuitive knowledge of the body along with a clear understanding of physical therapy and with the application of pilates, she was able to help me move into being a fully functioning human again! Not only does she work on the physical body, but synergistically supports transformation on the systems and organs, and overall wellbeing in a holistic sense, by applying herbs or supplements and incorporating our connection to a larger journey. Thank you so much Julie for all you've done! Especially, for helping me to regain my life..

I have worked with Julie for 10 months and she is the reason my health, strength and body have changed for the better! I originally found her to get in shape for my wedding, and not only did I go down a full dress size, but my posture and lingering ankle/rib injuries have improved.
