When I first tried out DeBar Fitness Small Group Classes, I expected a typical gym-like class. Boy, was I wrong! Even though I was working out with a group of others, Suzie was able to give me (and everyone else) personal attention, advice, and encouragement. Its like personal training while enjoying working out with others. I don't know how she does it!

Suzie is awesome! She absolutely understands how to tailor training for both people who are new and those who are seasoned vets to working out. The classes are fun, upbeat and keep your interest because they are never the exact same workout twice. I love that she pays attention to my individual goals and is helping me learn precise form so I can get the most out of each workout. She also does nutrition coaching which is a big deal for many people. I am healthier, happier and have more energy! I absolutely recommend DeBar Fitness and Wellness- Thanks Suzie!
