Epic has been a game changer for me! Coming in as someone who is very new to structured fitness and working through medical conditions, they have been nothing but warm and welcoming. I am grateful that I found such an uplifting team! Very clean and a lot of natural light!

Epic fitness is a special spot in the Cannery District. I'm a huge fan of the challenging group classes but hitting the open gym is always an excellent option as well. Since joining, I've been introduced to all sorts of new workouts and have felt as though I've been pushed in all the best ways to live a functionally fit life outside of the gym.

The space is clean, the staff and owners are delightful, and the community this space fosters is something I've never experienced in other gyms.10/10 will always recommend Epic!

This place is as professional as it gets. Epic never disappoints. Personal attention to my fitness goals keeps me coming back. Plus, it's an immaculately clean space, and the location the hip Cannery District is a great place to hang out. What more could I want?

Why list a phone on your website if no one answers/responds to messages??? Only list an email if you want to ignore customers. Gym definitely focuses on functional movement and various forms of training sessions. Open floor plan with limited weights available.

Clean gym staffed and owned by athletes. This place is the real deal, very well lit with good airflow Epic has an amazing group of well credentialed athletes to train and stoke you. New equipment, fun environment trainers that know their stuff. Yes I know them, yes this is a biased review, but it’s honest this place is exactly what I’m looking for in a gym. I’m not sure ‘Type 2 fun’ is actually any type of fun but it was a great work out.
