Coach Dudley is the best in the business! His track record and experience is hard to find in a coach nowadays. Jason’s unique experience working
with diverse athletic and professional backgrounds gives him an advantage over other coaches for those looking to incorporate a hybrid approach to their training. His ability to incorporate different training methods into one easy to follow program that can prepare athletes for high levels of performance across different disciplines has yet to be rivaled. Since working with him I have personally seen leaps and bounds in my own personal performance in the mountains and endurance sports. I have continued to break away further from the pack of my peers and have a greater ability of performance on demand.

Jason is an excellent coach. He trained me for several years and designed adaptive programs to meet various goals. His programming kept me strong and healthy while training for and executing several 100 mile and one 200 mile race; all while keeping a solid strength base needed for my job.

Jason has both the personal experience and professional training needed to be an outstanding coach. He helped me overcome some nagging injuries and taught me how to prevent them from returning. He’s also just a good dude who is super welcoming and easy to get along with.

Jason is a great functional mobility coach. He supported and trained me through a shoulder injury while i was constantly on duty as a firefighter. He helped me learn that many times there is a mobility issue that leads to pain or an injury. Once he corrected my movement pattern, the pain went away and has never come back. My shoulders are stronger than they ever been bilaterally.

Jason’s coaching is by far the best that I’ve ever experienced. Don’t miss a chance to try it!

I am likely his longest-term and oldest (now aged 70) client. Jason has kept me FIT FOR IT, carefully listening to my “IT” and then extraordinarily and skillfully getting me there as my “IT” changed over the years.

While I was on active duty in the Army, Jason’s coaching allowed me to stay totally fit for duty and consistently achieve the maximum scores on all of my physical training tests.

His coaching enabled me to fully recover from a knee reconstruction surgery after a bicycle accident. Jason also always correctly assessed and coached me when I needed to push myself more, or on the other hand, ease up to avoid overtraining. His assessments have always been 100% accurate, leading to 100% success.

After I retired from the Army, Jason helped me adjust my training to reach my new goals of mountaineering, backpacking and hiking. Under his coaching, I’ve successfully summited Pikes Peak, Mt. Baker and Mt Adams. I successfully backpacked around Mt St Helens and Mt Rainier and completed the 550-mile through-hike on the Camino de Santiago. I’m now 70 and still regularly backpacking and hiking, even leading our church’s teenage youth group on their annual hike. Jason’s coaching also keeps me FIT for my IT of being an active, strong and fun grandmother for my seven (going on eight) grandchildren!
