I’ve canceled with their membership months ago, they charged me an extra month because they never answer the phone. When I canceled in person they continued to try and charge my card despite multiple attempts to cancel the membership.

I’m currently getting contacted by their lawyers over a month of membership even though I canceled months ago, in person.

They also charged my card without authorization on two separate occasions. Their staff needs to get it together. I would call again, but like I said they don’t answer.

first, i signed up online to be contacted to schedule an appointment with someone to tour the gym and decide if i wanted a membership. never heard back. if you're not going to respond, don't have an online contact form.

a few weeks later i went in to make an appt and the guy was so unbelievably condescending. like he thought i was an idiot for not wanting to do the tour RIGHT THEN. dude, i have things to do, i wanted an appointment. so, he humoured me and "made" an "appointment" without writing anything down.

it was the most awkward, uncomfortable, disrespectful customer service experience i've ever had.

if you want to cancel your membership there online app won't let you. you have to go into the club to cancel which is a pain. If your 10 days before your next billing cycle you will still have to pay the monthly fee even when you cancel your membership. App won't even let me remove my stored cards either so if force charges them if your not able to go into the club to cancel membership. Great customer service just terrible cancellation options that have terms.

The staff member on duty at 6:45pm on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, was extremely rude. Both her choice of words and the tone in which she spoke them were unacceptable, especially to a customer! Her body language was also inappropriate. She appeared to be mentally unstable or on a drug causing her to be super charged. She kept twitching while talking, giving mean looks, and speaking in one of the most condescending tones I've heard from someone who was in no position to be condescending. She did not want to provide her name or allow me to speak with her manager. My husband has cancelled his gym membership and I have purchased us both a year-long membership at a different gym where the staff are more professional and appear to be both stable and sober. Fuel Fitness gives me the creeps, especially after the shooting that took place there years ago.

Please read before signing up for a membership!!! I would give this place a no star review if possible. I have been trying to get my membership cancelled here for a few months. I have been in person 3 times to which I was told by all 3 staff members that “unfortunately we cannot do that you will need to log in online with your membership number and cancel it.” EVERYTIME I tried logging in with their instructions I had zero success. I called tonight and was told “no problem but it’s easier if it’s done in person!” She then asked for my name and told me “you’re going to get charged for your monthly as well as your annual fee one more time but then your membership will be cancelled”.
I agree with others in that there customer service is horrible and there is no consideration in the fact that I have done my due diligence and have been trying to cancel this membership with no help from them and no success.

Clean gym with good equipment when it doesn't need repair. Hammerstrength bicep curl has been broken for months now. Also noticed the level of crazy members has made a sharp uptick recently. People screaming and even one weirdo wearing a full Halloween mask while lifting. There should be some dress code rules and guidelines for gym courtesy. I understand getting a little vocal for a heavy lift, but some of these people are obscene.

great gym but they charged me after i was gone for 3 months and when i tried using my membership to get in the door wouldnt let me in, and the people behind the desk would not let me in either when i knocked on the door. If I get charged for something I dont want to be charged for and then pretty much get refused service I should be reimbursed for the money that I spent

My husband and I have been members of Fuel for about 7 years and it was amazing. Felt like family. Since it's been bought by a new investor, it's completely went downhill and became very corporate - They charge for EVERYTHING (including extra cups). You'd think the raise in prices would have covered that for members.
During their remodel, it was very hush hush as to what the changes would be so we were not properly informed prior to renewing our membership. They will not work with you if situations arise, did not inform members of what the changes would be prior to our renewal, and the manager is a complete "Yes man" with zero discernment. If we didn't pay our year in advance we, along with many other long time members, would have left in a heartbeat.
I will agree that they do have the best equipment in the valley but now, that is all they have to offer. Just another business sold out to corporate greed with little care for their members. Sad.

Was a happy member for years, who rarely ever went (been injured awhile), but then they just raised my monthly fee / auto deduct by $13 more a month, which overdrew my account by $5 the day before payday - claiming that I agreed to increase which I don't believe is true. I can go to the Summit for less than $30 as a Logan health employee. Guess they just really didn't want my $25 / month without me ever there. Buyer beware... crooks!

Great machines. Helpful assistance. It's more pricey than the other one up the street but it's more spacious and feels less claustrophobic. It's brightly lit inside and out, so it feels safer. There are no massage chairs, tanning beds, pools or saunas. It's also close to a lot of other businesses.The only downside so far is after staffing hours it takes too long for the door to let you in with your access card. It took 3-4 minutes to get in and this is not safe.

Great where's the workout? But but there isn't one part of the day that it's not packed and you have to wait for a machine the billing department to joke. A company that charges you $23 for service fee 2 days before the membership's actually due. It's a virtual b*******. When the bank does it unreal? 2 out of 10 times going they have not known class schedules. The front desk should have a class schedule that is consistently updated. Once I missed a class cuz a manager said it was canceled but it wasn't. Another time I paid for the day use and childcare for a class that did not exist. I understand classes change but there should be an updated schedule behind the desk so that way the person working doesn't require me to talk to two different managers to find out class schedules. I am even okay with the website not having the most up-to-date schedule. But every time I go in and ask if the class is happening the front desk man is never sure.

Very clean gym with laid back atmosphere. Matt the manager is very friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Equipment is laid out well and is plentiful. Employees are always kind and helpful. There's almost always someone going around cleaning the equipment and the gym urges you to clean equipment before and after your workout- they even provide individual spray bottles and towels to make it very convenient. Locker room is roomy, and showers are always very clean. The group classes are a lot of fun. Try a few out. Sometimes one isn't right for you, but try another or offer advice to the instructor and they're always happy to welcome feedback. They even offer childcare!

This was my first time there and the person behind the desk gave a tour of the entire place and was very friendly and informative. The equipment is all in great shape and very clean. The process of acquiring a membership was quick and easy and I even got a great workout before I left. The inside is beautiful and modern, the staff is friendly, but I joined specifically for group classes so I can meet some new people. They haven’t had any classes for weeks because of a new fitness director overhauling the schedule. They still don’t have anything posted and I really don’t think I’ll continue my membership.

This place is great for everything else they offer and the amenities are great. They just don’t have the one thing I joined for.

What an awesome gym at which to train!
I'm only in Kalispell for a few days and was glad they offer day passes...and for 24 hours! The equipment is excellent with full DB set, several benches, and 3 squat racks! Cardio machines were a great variety and in great condition.
The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was greated and checked in by Kim, who was absolutely lovely.
I highly recommend checking out the gym! I wish I lived here!

Sparkling new facility, smaller than the summit but the equipment is new and great for weight lifting. There are plenty of machines, and while before and after work gets slightly crowded, it is a 24 hour gym, which is fantastic. The employees are friendly and helpful!

to be honest I’m quite disipointed. When a gym claims 24hrs, well to me that means all day. So to show up on Christmas Eve, already downed the pre workout, and to find the gym all closed up.. super disipointed. Don’t claim your open 24hrs when your not. As it was, my wife and I luckily know other gym goers, at other “24hrs gyms” where we were able to get into and get our workout done.

Amazing gym!! I love coming here whenever I feel stressed or need to let out some frustration. Fuel has so much to offer. They have childcare, a smoothie bar, tanning, and a wide range of exercise equipment. I have tried and failed at many gyms, this is the first one were I feel I belong. The staff is friendly and helpful, but MOST OF ALL this place is very clean and only uses the newest equipment. They offer classes to which if I remember correctly come free with you monthly dues. I am fairly over weight and the staff helps me not to feel subconscious while I'm working out.
