Good vibes is the best spot for hot yoga! The instructors provide a challenging and welcoming experience. Billie (the owner) is a great person. She really cares about the community and puts her customers first.

I went to Sammy Twitoβs evening class today! It was the 5th class Iβve taken and Iβm absolutely loving yoga! All of the classes have been great; but this one was exceptionally incredible! I went on the app to pre-register and was lucky enough to get the last spot of a full class! From the beginning of the class til the end Sammyβs instruction, energy, and the overall layout of the class was exactly what I needed. I was able to complete most of the exercises, but had to expand my comfort zone to do so! Looking around the room it seemed like everyone was both challenged as well as benefited from the class. Thanks Sammy!

I liked the class alot! It's a challenge that I'm not used to. I'll definitely be going back! I was searching for something to replace my Saturday runs as the weather changes into weather. I think I found my jam:)

Excellent instructors and atmosphere. Two week special is a great way to figure out if itβs good for you or not, but youβll definitely learn some thing about yourself either way!

This studio is a nice place to experience a great sweat session. The classes are offered frequently which I appreciate. Anyone with any type of schedule can find a class whether it's first thing in the morning before the sun is up or the last thing you do before bed.
With that said, I was very disappointed that every class is identical. The poses are exactly the same, the script the teacher says is word-for-word the same. One of the reasons I love yoga is that each teacher will say things differently, emphasize and cue you in his/her unique way and put together an exciting new flow you've maybe never done before. All of that does not exist here. The teachers are not able to be creative or use their own style of language (which I am sure they want to do. You can tell they're tired of saying the same thing over and over and there is no passion in some of their voices. I can't blame them. I would also be bored. There's no difference between having a teacher and pressing play on a pre-recorded audio file.) The other amazing thing about having a teacher is the ability to have someone correct your form (if you consent to it) and that is also not something you'll find here. Lastly a good teacher dynamically responds to the class in front of her, allowing for more or less time in specific places as she sees fit. Not possible here.
The other thing I was a bit shocked to hear was that there is a lot of pressure placed on staying within the room. You're discouraged from exiting the room at all during a class (I understand why, but truly, there's a better way to say it kindly) and part of the script of the class is that all poses are done together, meaning that there is a set pace which many people feel pressured to keep up with. That's totally unnecessary as you can spend as much time as you need to in any pose or skip them altogether. Most studios emphasize this heavily. Fine for me as I've been doing hot yoga for 20 years and feel very comfortable listening to my body, opting out etc, but this is probably not the best way to welcome your new clients.
For some, this one-size-fits-all approach is fine. But for me, if I am going to pay $150/month for a yoga membership, you can bet I am going to expect something exciting, new, challenging, and I am going to expect the instructors to do more than read from a script.

Iβm new to yoga, but being an ex-athlete I wish I would have know about it earlier. The studio is very clean and the staff is welcoming. I felt refreshed, strong, and ready for the day. It was challenging but doable.

Just completed my first class at Good Vibes.(previously Sumits Hot Yoga and Solace Hot Yoga) The refresh is welcomed and the atmosphere is a 10. Lori taught a great practice and I am anxious to go back for more classes.
