I purposely waited to review Helse Lagree for quite some time after starting to really get a good feel for the studio, instructors, and the workout method itself. The first time I tried Lagree was in 2018 and it felt impossible, not gonna lie. Fast forward to summer of 2024, when I was nursing a bad shoulder injury, decrepit knees, and some unwanted extra pounds. I figured I’d give it another shot, as I’d heard it is low impact, high intensity, and easy on the joints. I’ve gone to about 175 classes now, and I can positively say that it has had a tremendously positive impact on my health and well-being. That shoulder injury is healed, my overall strength is way up. I’m much more trim, and my endurance is through the roof. The instructors are kind, skilled, and also fun to be around. Classes are hard, and I struggled and tbh still do! But you get stronger and stronger. The encouragement from Danielle and her team is what keeps me coming back. They’re amazing and I’m so glad I gave it another try!

Helse Lagree is by far the most professional megaformer studio in Bozeman, their instructors are patient, kind and knowledgeable. As an active outdoors person this practice has changed my life for the better. It has helped me recover from and prepare for 2 hip replacements. As a massage therapist the clients I have referred to lagree have also improved their quality of life and movement with regular practices as well.

I’ve been doing lagree at Helse for over two years, going every 2-3 days, and it’s completely transformed my body. It’s low impact, high intensity, slow-movement (lunges, arms, etc) with weights. Lagree is not based on flexibility or balance like yoga or Pilates. Although it has improved my flexibility a lot, I’m unsure how much of that is because I always stretch after.

The instructors and attendees are friendly, but for the most part it’s easy to get into a zone and be in your own world, it’s not interactive at all once you learn the moves.

My waist has decreased by multiple inches. I actually thought I had cancer because there was a weird mass in my stomach, I even asked a doctor about it - it turned out it was abs. Even in high school when I was rail thin, I didn’t have a giant hard mass in my abdomen like that, and I truly didn’t recognize what it was. 😂 Recently hit a 250 milestone, got this super cute water bottle to celebrate it.

Such a good work out! The 40 minute classes are easy to commit to and always feel super productive. They go by quickly and force you to be in the moment while you focus on each move, trying not to shake like jello! 😅

Helse Lagree has changed my life, I've been able to shed about 30 pounds over the past several months, with a big thanks to these intense, full body workouts. So much good stuff to share: 1) classes are only 40 minutes so it's easy to squeeze into your busy day, 2) it's low impact which is helpful to avoid injuries, and 3) the instructors are knowledgeable and fabulous, with a special shout out to Danielle & Kelsey. We are very lucky to have this Lagree studio in Bozeman!

This is a really great low impact yet high intensity exercise. It’s hard to describe but it feels a bit like balancing on a standup paddleboard with weights. Definitely something to try. It is a bit expensive, although there is a discounted first month, but it’s such a great work out, and you can’t really put a price on health and fitness. If you are struggling to find something that works for you, this is a great option.

I worked remotely in Bozeman for a bit in February and was THRILLED to find a Lagree studio! The unlimited monthly pass was a great economical option to take multiple classes during my stay. I adored the two instructors I had - Clare and Senya - who both provided amazing, motivating workouts. I would be “a regular” if I lived in town and hope to be back!

I have never been a huge fitness freak, however this past week I attended HELSE Lagree for the first time and had such an AMAZING experience! To be honest, I was a little intimidated at first - It had been awhile since I have even stepped foot in a gym, but Danielle couldn't of been more helpful and patient with me. From the moment I walked in the door she put me at ease, and made sure to help explain each part of the machine - The Megaformer to me before the class workout. The work-out itself was something I have never experienced before. It was just as mental as it was physical and being able to just be present in the moment and to have the mentality to challenge your own limits was something I didn't realize I needed in my life before attending HELSE. This is something I now look forward to doing on a regular basis and HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to change or ignite a new fitness lifestyle. #ILOVELAGREE

Lagree is a life / body-changing workout and Helse is the only place in Montana to offer it! I've been a Lagree convert for the last seven years and have taken from instructors all over the country - Helse's owner, Danielle, is a phenomenal instructor and does a great job adjusting for everyone's fitness levels, goals, and limitations. As others have said, give it a try for 3-5 sessions and you won't want to live without it! This is a class for everyone - competitive athletes to those who just need a no-impact way to stay in shape - and is absolutely worth adding to your training regimen.

Helse Lagree is an incredible, full body, low impact workout. It's no joke! Get through about 6 sessions, it's still challenging but it gets to be way more fun too. After 2-3 sessions a week for 3 months, I'm probably the strongest I've ever been in my life. The instructors are awesome and the vibe is super welcoming. I'm kinda addicted :)
