I completed 8 week strength program with Shaira. It was a great experience! I was challenged physically and gained some strength. I also lost inches around my waist and hips. The workouts were well planned according to my strength increases. Measured my 3 lifts- squats, chest press and deadlifts. I never knew what my max weights in any of those were and Shaira showed and taught me how to increase the weight. My beginning max for squat was 135 ended with. 167.5 pounds, and starting weight was 100 and ended with 117 in the chest. I was unable to complete the deadlifts due to a pre existing injury, however my max was 135 pounds . Shaira had weekly coaching meetings which helped me to have better form and taught me how to increase the weight. She was quick to respond to my messages and provide feedback quite frequently. Overall my experience with Shaira and her strength program was a positive experience and would recommend it to anyone that wants to increase in strength and build some muscle!

I have been fortunate to have been training with Shaira for the past 3 months and it has been empowering. Shaira has a detailed approach to training and her app is a wealth of workouts, recipes, and resources that help structure you for success. She approaches training holistically with flexibility in workouts, schedules, and the understanding that health isn’t just about what you do in the gym. I was looking for a nutritionist closer to my area and I found Shaira that lives in the same place and town where I live! I have followed her social media and her podcast and I was immediately hooked with wanting her to work with me and teach me how to change my lifestyle. I reached out to Shaira when I found out I was expecting twins while already raising two toddlers. Needing help to take some of the mental load off, she created weekly meal plans designed to support me (and my family) in a nutritious prenatal based, high protein diet the very same day we talked. The recipes are easy to follow, delicious and she even creates a shopping list so I was able to get started immediately. She checks in frequently and through her user friendly app I’m able to track progress and have a sense of accountability. She has been wonderfully invested not just in my progress but my overall well being. Shaira is more than a health coach, she’s a mother too who understands the wild world of family life and is super personable. Working with Shaira is like working with a lifelong friend who is 100% supportive, 100% effective and 0% judgy. My iron levels are ideal for a twin pregnancy (my anemia is gone), I have energy to keep up with my two little ones, and I feel the best I have in any of my other pregnancies. I’m incredibly grateful to Shaira for all her resources, knowledge and availability to help me along, I couldn’t have had such healthy pregnancy thus far without her. If you’re looking for someone willing to pour their heart and effort into you and your goals, Shaira is the GOAT.

I highly recommend Shaira's health coaching if you are looking to improve your overall health. She intentionally works with you to achieve your goals whether that be to loose weight, gain muscle, improve energy, or control hunger/binge eating etc. She listens to your concerns on a weekly basis and checks in with you regularly. She is super passionate about leading others on their journey to improve their health. If that isn't enough, when I started with Shaira I weighed 198 pounds and my goal was to loose weight and improve my eating habits. Shaira curated a plan that would put me in a calorie deficit and still meet my nutrition goals ( I mostly eat vegetarian), and we changed my dietary plan almost 3 times throughout this time. Within three months I weighed 185!! Most of this was done through eating and moderate exercise. And each week and step of the way Shaira was there to change what was not working and adjust what needed to be. And the results show. I thought I couldn't do it, but Shaira helped me see it was possible!

I really enjoyed working with Shaira! I previously had lost control of my overall health and wellness in the postpartum season and she helped break things down into manageable changes.
