I have been going to HOTWORX for over a year now and love it! I wanted a change from strictly strength training while also having the option to lift to keep muscle. Hotworx offers a crazy cross-training method I have never seen from a gym. Being able to choose from isometric workouts, HIIT, or strength all in one place is exactly what I needed! The studio is very clean and organized and has great staff welcoming you at the door. An added bonus is the 24hr access. Being a student and working it is hard to find time to workout but with hotworx I am able to go at anytime!

Even though I put in writing my notice to cancel my membership, the owner forced me to pay an additional 3 moths.. long after the required initiation period. Unclear communication and pointing the finger at me for not coming in to officially sign a document was how it went down. So I have to pay for 3 months at a gym I no longer use. I also had to pay an extra $5 a month because I declined to give them multiple methods of payment. I’ve had gym memberships my whole life and have never dealt with such rules. This is crazy. Cheerful personalities, yes. Kindness towards customers, no.

Bozeman Hotworx, owned by Lexi, is the nicest Hotworx I’ve been to out of over 20 locations. The studio’s welcoming atmosphere and immaculate infrared saunas create a perfect workout environment. Lexi’s dedication and passion shine through in every detail, from cleanliness to a variety of classes for all fitness levels. Her personal touch fosters a friendly, supportive community. Hotworx is clean, well maintained, and rarely crowded. There is an on-site assistant during daytime hours for learning the system. The best part for me is the 24-hour access, as my schedule only permits a workout late at night.

The girls that work here are amazing and friendly and kind. I’m no stranger to a gym and its machines but this is a whole different beast. I believe it was Lexi that helped me today (forgive me if I got it wrong). She was so nice and walked me through everything and gave me a tour of the gym along with a free workout just to see if it was a good fit. One workout and I’m already obsessed. I’m bringing my boyfriend tomorrow to try and get him hooked too.

Hotworx is something different that I've never done before. I've seen the most results in the least amount of time than any other place I've been. I also notice myself recovering faster and feeling better thanks to the infarred 3D training that they provide. Not to mention the AMAZING staff always welcoming and ready to help! The best gym experience by far!!

Tried HOT BARRE this morning, absolutely loved it. Also loved the joining process as well as how clear everything is laid out in the contract. Lexie and the other staff members were so friendly walking me through my first few days and learning how to work the app.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I tried to reach out several times in a 2 week period to cancel my membership because I am moving out of town... I called relentlessly and visited the facility and no one was available to help me. finally after wearing them down someone finally answered and said "wow you called 10 times" so what that tells me is that they saw my calls but chose to send me to voice-mail every single time, and when she answered she was upset because her phone was ringing non stop since the office phone was forwarded to her cell. After I told her what I needed she said she would call me back, needless to say that didn't happen and I was charged the membership price. I then again called again and again until Lexi was finally able to help me out and refund the membership. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER ...
I hope corporate sees this and takes action.
