This is not a one size fits all program- I carefully design and develop each program after spending time listening to my client in a consultation and goal setting session. Wellness is a lifestyle and my goal with each client is to not let life slow you down but to help you THRIVE!! . Oh my, where to begin! There's not a negative thing to say about Jeff, literally. From his training expertise to his motivational way, he's the whole shebang! My only job is to show up ready to go, Jeff is the mastermind and motivator that keeps me improving every single time.
For all you middle-aged ladies like me dealing with all the middle-age mumbo-jumbo, Jeff's the right trainer for your health and fitness needs. His food and nutrition knowledge are excellent. He practices what he preaches, a great resource and role model. Jeff will quickly become a friend who actually cares about you.
Been training with Jeff for 7 months and I don't ever want to stop. He's a bright spot every week, I love fitness training and the results are noticeable in all the best ways: improved health, strength, mobility and I'm friends with my clothes again!

I started working out with Jeff the beginning of the year. I've always gone to the gym but struggle with motivating myself so I don't ever work quite as hard as when I have someone to push me.
