I was in Missoula for a Mindbody group event and tried this method for the first time at Lagree MT -- holy smokes! What an amazing workout! We went back twice in the 4 days we were there -- Daniel was our teacher both times and he's amazing! Great instruction and he's watching and correcting your form always. Both classes were different and challenging. I own a slow motion strength training studio in Burbank CA, so I am a huge fan of the slow, controlled method that focuses on form -- this method is so very powerful for an overall workout and man was feeling my core after this! Highly recommend!

Lagree is amazing! You'll be hooked after just a few classes. Make sure you try 3 or 4 before you decide if it's for you or not because the first few classes can feel a bit overwhelming (but will also make you gloriously sore!). I love the focus on proper alignment and position. It's almost like doing the hardest PT of your life without any breaks in the middle!
Your mind and body will thank you, trust me.

I'm loving Lagree MT because the instructors are so positive and helpful. Also, the workout is amazing - full body and mind. I feel so much stronger, probably stronger than I've felt since 1997. Seriously. The whole thing is a set up for success. The results are inevitable, quick even. I felt a big change right away. I totally recommend this for anyone who feels the need to have lean muscle and core strength. It is not for folks who like to doze off while working out. Every class takes all of me and I love it.

Lagree Missoula is awesome! Any one, any ability can do this workout. It is hard but the coaches are amazing and work hard to make sure form is correct in order to not hurt yourself. All over strength improves and especially core strength. Try it! Try it more than once because it takes a few times to start to get the hang of it.

This is a incredible workout that allows you to gain strength you never knew you had in your core. Every single instructor there is excellent, knowledgeable and dedicated to making sure you are "safe" but challenged constantly. You will continue to be challenged even after you become a regular. Your form gets better and it just gets harder. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to create a great foundation to be active the rest of your life.

This is an amazing workout for those of you who want a challenge. Do not let the awkwardness of your first few classes phase you. The mega former takes some getting used to, but once you get it down you will be blown away by how awesome these workouts hard. This is intense, and you have to have some mental fortitude to hold these poses. But the instructors are phenomenal and are excellent at encouraging you to keep at it, even when you are ready to give up. It is insanely rewarding once you start to feel improvements in your strength. Definitely give this a try if you are looking for a low impact strength training workout, and come prepared to work!

Lagree is such a unique and incredible workout that I have quickly become obsessed with! The staff is amazing and incredibly helpful always! The coaches make sure to help you correct your form and understand the moves. I LOVE IT! The upbeat attitudes and atmosphere keep me coming back! All the friends I have referred here love it too. :) This workout makes your realize you really can push through and work even harder through "the shakes"! Lagree is GREAT! The coaches actually coach, which seems like an all oxymoron, but it’s very common to have instructors that just call out arbitrary cues and or positions. The Lagree coaches give individualized and specific form, alignment and muscle engagement cues. Plus they're super friendly, these folks are legit!! Oh and the workout is fierce! Love ALL of it!

Excellent workout to focus on strengthening your core and muscles. The class is 45 minutes and while you are in a movement and being asked to go slow, slow, slow, slow it might seem like the minutes are dragging on, but before you know it, the class is over! It is a great workout to target areas and muscles you might not be targeting elsewhere. I have walked out feeling a little jello-y in the legs each time but I know that means I pushed myself and am getting stronger.
The staff is helpful and welcoming as well!

Every time I walk into the studio I get a welcome where there is a genuine smile. The instructors are confident and they challenge me. Lagree is tough and those slow motions make me want to stop, but the instructors guide you and they really push you to reach those goals and to be your best self.

All the instructors are personable and I feel comfortable during classes. I’ve had classes with Carley, Daniel, and Sterling and they’ve all been awesome. It's a great workout in 45 minutes.
