Whitney is a NASM certified personal trainer and coach driven to assist people in changing their lives from an empowered and purpose-driven place. This work is a journey she has personally been on for over 15 years. Once 70lbs heavier with little to no self-esteem, she spent years yo-yo dieting and trying every fad workout in the book. Now, 15 years and many avoidable mistakes later she works with people to shift their mindset and ultimately the trajectory of their lives through fitness, nutrition, and mindset work. Getting comfortable in your body, seeing results that feel good to you, and creating your new reality is more than working out and updating your eating habits. It's a mental game and she is here to walk you through it.

I contacted Whitney to help me get back into the gym. She was super helpful with meeting me on my level of comfort with weights, meeting in my time availability and encouraging me to keep going. She would give me exercises to complete on days I went solo. Whitney also evaluated my micros and macros to get me better on track.

I have been working with Whitney since last Winter. I have been pretty active my whole life but had fallen into a slump. Working with Whitney was great she is really knowledgeable, funny, down to earth and motivating.
