This is by far the best gym in Laurel. Pool, tanning beds, sauna, hot tub, showers, and plenty of room to workout. As many different gyms that I have been too this is by far the best one in terms of price and quality. I would give it 5 stars but the sauna seems to break down every few months at this place and takes them weeks to get it fixed.

I visited this gym while working in Laurel and I absolutely love this place. It is a very unique vibe, similar to the old school gyms. The equipment is great, lifting belts are provided and there is all the basic equipment you will ever need. This is the kind of place you come in, put in work and leave. They also have a juice bar which is very convenient.

..the smoothie bar is nice and the hot tub and pool are a good deal. But what really makes me give this place two stars is the total unprofessionalism. Called to see if I could unfreeze my account because it was frozen due to insufficient funds, girl on the phone was totally useless. Saying she saw a balance of $37 and if I came in and paid it it “might” help, and when I asked if she could elaborate she was like “uhhhh” and seemed to be totally disconnected and careless about her job. Add that with the fact that the gym equipment is very old and outdated and they want to charge you an arm and a leg. Completely laughable, I definitely wouldn’t waste my time here, I’ll be glad when Anytime Fitness opens, because this is absolutely the worst gym I’ve ever been a member of in my life. If it weren’t for the smoothie bar and the fact that some of the employees are really cool, I’d give this place 1 star. Total bull****

Love this gym. Very clean and wonderful staff! Reason for not giving 5 stars is because the hours arent great especially on the weekends, and the hours for childcare is the worst I've seen. Trying to get to the gym and finding someone to watch my kid is very hard with the childcare hours.

The gym was nice and well taken care of. Personal trainer was awesome (James is an all-star trainer!). Bit on the pricey side. How every they only earn a 2 Star review from be due to their managers lack of customer service. I joined August of 2017. Trained hard with james for 8 months. However, Come may/june I stopped frequencing the gym due to moving farther away from Laurel and traveling more often. I decided in November to cut my membership because I had not been in 6 months and found that they had cut my Lock and discarded my gym bag and shoes. What most upset me was there was no phone call to let me know I needed to renew or vacate my locker.

The story I got from the manger was that the previous manager did not file any contract for me. So they didn't know who it belonged too. Then her story changed to: we sent you a letter and it was returned.

Nevertheless, I am extremely irritated that I now have lost my belongings, and there was never any remorse to sense of responsibility taken on their part. The response I received wat that if they called every locker that was due for renewal, shed be calling 500 members all day. Bogus management strategy.
