At Middle Path CrossFit, we believe in the intersection of fitness and medicine. Our approach is unique, and it’s our coaching that sets us apart! Owner and head coach Dr. Devynne is a licensed Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese medicine and one of only a handful of coaches in the country to be recognized by CrossFit as a Healthcare CF-L2 Coach (HCPL2); an opportunity that is only available to qualified, licensed healthcare providers.
As medical professionals, we recognize that the best way to help people is to understand that each individual has unique needs. Our primary goal is to meet our members where they are on there journey while providing the support, encouragement, and guidance needed to help them reach their goals!

During my stay in Kalispell to visit family, my regular CrossFit gym was closed for relocation, so I was “forced” to workout somewhere else. What better time to check out Middlepath and support Devynne?
I purchased a 1-week drop-in pass and worked out 3 times that week. The price of my pass was very reasonable.
The community at Middlepath was very welcoming, supportive, and fun - lots of smiles and laughs during my handful of classes with them.
Having “come up” in CrossFit with really great coaching, I tend to have high expectations when I drop in to a new-to-me gym. Devynne is a great coach!! She is very detailed with her instruction and demonstration of movements and workouts, and she provides scaling options to accommodate any/all skill levels. She is also very constructive when delivering feedback and corrections.
Thank you for the great week, Middlepath! I plan to be back next time I swing through town.

I had a great time at Middle Path CrossFit! Staff was very friendly and informative on how the class would flow. Very clear instruction and coaching throughout. Clean and organized space as well. I would definitely recommend this box to others 👍🏼

Middle Path Cross Fit. What can i say? They are so welcoming to new people. Whether you're new to fitness or been at it for a while Devynne is amazing at helping you in whatever you need the help in. Helping you to get stronger and overcome your (sometimes self imposed) limitations.

I was always a bit scared of CrossFit. I imagined it being full bore, intensity with a military vibe. I gave it a try and was surprised to at how much concern Coach Devynne has for form and taking great care to help people get strong while staying safe.
I’m getting stronger and my confidence in working with free weights is growing.
I’m looking forward to trying the yoga classes too!

Middle Path CrossFit is the best thing that has become a part of my life this year. After a bad fall on the ice and going to the chiropractor, medical message therapist and going to PT
I started with acupuncture with Doctor Devynne .
Shortly there after Dr. Devynne suggested I come check out her new CrossFit gym which I new absolutely nothing about having never been a member of any gym. Coach Devyenne has been just awesome at helping be gain back muscle strength and build new muscles. I just love the class and I am still amazed at all the different exercises we do. I feel after six months of CrossFit everything I do in my life is easier and that was so important to me to be able to take care of my yard and home again. The other best part is all the nice people and new friends I have met along the way!

Seven months ago I had a serendipitous meeting with the members of the newly created Middle Path CrossFit Gym.
I've been working out for the better part of 30 years in gyms but on my own. I always viewed CrossFit training very sceptically. It looked more like a cult than anything else. I even said something to the affect of 'I'd never join something like that...'
Seven months later, I'm going six days a week. And I credit that to the owner and coach Devyenne and the whole community there.
Devyenne is a very capable and competent coach. She meets you where you are, finds out what your goals and limitations are and builds a program to fit you.
My life and attitude has changed completely. I'm so grateful for that chance meeting.
I highly recommend Middle Path CrossFit.

I have been doing CrossFit on and off for 15 years and this is the best gym I have found. Devynne is a great coach and the location is perfect, right in downtown Kalispell. I also like that the gym owners offer related services like yoga, acupuncture and cupping. I would highly recommend Middle Path for anyone looking for a solid CrossFit experience short of a competition gym. That's about 99% of us! Thank you MPCF.

Middle Path has been legitimately life-changing. Their approach to CrossFit allows people of all levels and ages to come into a safe and supportive community without judgment. This gym isn't just about fitness; it's about mental and physical wellbeing. It has a fantastic coach and staff who genuinely care about you as a person. I have been the person who was a part of CrossFit gyms where you kill yourself to complete the workout and end up with injuries that won't heal because you're just supposed to work through, so you aren't considered weak...this is not that gym. Middle Path has grown a community of people who celebrate each other's wins and support each other through hard times. It challenges you to grow while also keeping safety as a number one priority. Seriously, I could not recommend this place enough. Whether you are new to working out or an experienced athlete, you will love this place, make massive strides, and enjoy every minute.

The way I found out about Middle Path Crossfit was by chance, and how lucky I feel to have found it. I walked into the tea shop and was intrigued by the name “Middle Path.” I’ve always wanted to find a gym that blended mindfulness and a great workout.
I felt intimidated by what I knew about the Crossfit name, but after being in the program over the last few months, I feel confident saying that this is a gym you can join no matter your current fitness.
What I’ve experienced so far -
⁃ Increased mobility in my shoulder from a chronic injury
⁃ Increasing my strength where I’m already strong and slowly & safely growing in the places I feel weak
⁃ The community is friendly and an anchor in good times & hard
⁃ Devynne is deeply knowledgeable and caring. She can talk through a wide range of health and wellness topics. I LOVE that she comes from a foundation of Traditional Chinese Medicine and that the approach is holistic.
What I’ve noticed is that there are ample opportunities to join a workout before you join officially, and Devynne works hard to make the space accessible for like-minded people.
The supportive environment at Middle Path helps you grow while preventing injury and building foundational strength. It’s a budding gym and this is a great time to join. I’m really looking forward to seeing how it grows and expands.
