Peak fitness Kalispell is the place to go to for result! I have yo yo dieted before and gained the weight back. The 6 weak challenge taught me so much about healthy eating habits and menu ideas that has forever changed me. I saw results in 6 weeks that I have not seen while working out for months.

The 6-week challenge was exactly what I needed to get off the couch and dial in my nutrition. There was so much support from the coaches and 2 weekly check-in’s kept me on track, especially when I hit a mental wall half way through.
The classes are excellent - no judgement or comparison, with a different mix of people most days. Just you vs you. I modified SO many moves but it was still challenging enough to see my body strengthen and lbs come off!! The coaches prioritize form, and from there you can increase weight safely.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for workouts with targeted movements, some cardio, and an emphasis on building strength. An hour in your day you won’t regret.

I joined Peak Fit Kalispell because of an intro offer and was pleasantly suprised. I hadn't worked out in years but after a few trips to the studio, meeting the staff and some of the members found a place that was warm and inviting and most importantly non intimadating for my level of fitness. The coaches are amazing and supportive and really make it your journey going above and beyond to help you attain your goals by being attentive, checking form and making suggestions for alternate and scaling exersises when and where needed and at times push you to the next level. They also level thing up by offer additionl trainings and activities to help keep you engaged making it more about a family or community to keep everyone engaged such as fundraisers, games and different challenges and often bring n people for special workshops for knee health and strecthing. They also offer high quality wellness equipment to include arm/legg compression sleeves, red light therapy, full spectrum sauna and cold plunge. Peak Fit has gone above and beyond to make a great welcoming facility and culture for all levels of fitness goals and abilities.

If you’re a person tight on time and want to sweat but don’t have the energy or knowledge on how to assemble a workout this is the place for you. It’s not just a workout, it’s a community. The energy and support you receive from the community is inspiring. A place for a long time athlete or somebody new to movement.

PEAKFIT is the best place to go workout and find an amazing community to be a part of. I’ve been going for over 2 years and I have never been bored. Each trainer has their unique expertise and style which brings variety to each class. Specifically, Trisha has a way of getting to know people and learn how to guide/coach them in large classes. The vibes are always a 10/10. Peak is run by amazing and kind people. I’m grateful to be a member here!
Still going strong at peakfit, and just wanted to give a shout out to the new coaches they have added to the team. Gaige is one fireball of energy, who motivates everyone in the room! Alysha has a lot of knowledge and understanding of the body, she always has good modifications. I have not been to Shaylee’s class yet, but I have worked out in the same station as her, and she is very fun and pushes you to the max! I love all the peakfit coaches and we are very lucky to have added some new ones!

Peak Fit in Kalispell has truly been a game changer! I joined through their 6-week challenge and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The nutrition guidance has kept me fueled, helped me lose weight, and build muscle at the same time. The workout classes are my favorite—you just show up, and everything is ready to go. The coaches have a plan, the equipment is set up, and they’re right there to support you, correct your form, and cheer you on. Let’s not forget the amazing recovery area with cold plunge, sauna, red light therapy and compression sleeves. This has helped me so much with not being a sore as usual.
What really makes Peak Fit special is the community. I didn’t know a single person when I started, but that didn’t matter—everyone is welcoming, encouraging, and always ready with a high five. Andre, the owner, is passionate about fitness and has built something incredible here.
If you’re looking for a supportive, fun, and results-driven place to work out, I can’t recommend Peak Fit enough. Just try it—you’ll love it!

Hi!! My name is Jen and Peak Fit is my Happy place. I joined a few years ago when I signed myself up for the 6 week challenge. I was turning 44 years old and was really out of shape. I was just shy of 200lbs. I was drinking a lot of beer and just feeling awful. A friend of mine did the challenge and he looked incredible when I saw him just after he completed the challenge. I dedicated myself to the program and I am SO GLAD I did! All of the coaches are INCREDIBLE!! My Main are Coach Trisha and Coach Kaitlyn. They are truly the best. They will guide you and teach you everything all while being professional and kind. If you are looking to get fit, PEAK FIT is where you want to go. Thank you PEAK!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Best gym and fitness program in the Flathead Valley. The new Kalispell location is so nice. All the trainers are so talented and supportive. I especially enjoy Coach Tricia. It is very apparent Tricia loves her career in fitness and truly wants to help everyone succeed, from “new to fitness” to “long time athletes”. Tricia explains every exercise in the daily program in great detail and during class makes sure you are doing it correctly and safe. She always brings the energy and plays great music. I love the personnel training in a group setting. Peak Fit and its members has the camaraderie, energy and support you need to be successful. Go, Do it, Sign up + Show up for yourself!

I used to be so active, but I had let my feelings and circumstances be an excuse for me to mistreat my body for way too long. I was done with my own crap, and I was motivated to make a change. I was nervous about joining a conventional gym because I knew I needed guidance while investing into my health. So, I signed up for the 6 week challenge at Peak Fit Kalispell back in April; when that was up, I signed on for a membership. I have never looked back.
Katy, Andre, Todd, Trisha, Gaige, etc. - the whole Peak Fit team really - have been huge motivators for me from day 1. From their encouragement to their form correction and genuine care for me & my journey, I have felt determined to keep being consistent, to keep showing up for myself and for the community I now find myself part of. I haven’t felt this strong, capable, or confident in such a long time, and I truly could not have done it without Peak Fit.
I’m down 28 lbs today, and while I still have a way to go to reach my goal, it doesn’t seem so daunting or so far away. I know I’ll get there. This time, it’s not about the numbers; it’s about getting my health back and feeling confident in my body’s ability to perform so I can say yes to the hard hikes, yes to learning to ski, yes to running the 5k, yes to the long kayaking trip, yes to learning to dance again, etc. without fear of injury. Thank you, Peak Fit team, for helping me get my life back!

Everyone at Peak Fitness in Kalispell is amazing and invested in your success. Nutrition coaching with Aaron is so helpful! Accountability check ins with Amdre are a game.changer. And I am having fun with energizing workouts with Gage. I love how Gage keeps it fun, yet is quick to modify activities for me when needed. It has been over 5 years since Ive gone to the gym and this team makes the difference.

My partner and I did a couple classes this week and we both really liked it. We did the stretch and recover class and an upper body conditioning class. The latter was intense but all exercises to build functional strength. Definitely going back, Andre is a great coach!

When my old gym closed (RIP Solciety) I was worried I wouldn’t find a new place that could compare. I needed a gym that was class-based, had challenging workouts, and a welcoming / uplifting vibe. After trying a few other gyms around town, I am so happy to have found Peak Fit!
The workouts are great for all fitness levels as you can easily adapt each exercise by choosing different weights or asking the instructors for a modification. All of the coaches are incredibly friendly, energetic, and knowledgeable. They stay engaged throughout each class to make sure everyone is using proper form and working to the best of their ability. On top of the workouts, members also get access to a wellness area with a sauna, cold plunge, and a few other things.
If you’re intimidated, don’t be! There’s a mix of fitness levels and age groups in every class. Peak is a great place with a community feel and I look forward to continuing my fitness journey here. :)

This facility is absolutely immaculate. It recently opened, which means everything is brand new and shiny! Coach Katy is a phenomenal coach. The vibes remained high throughout the entire class, great music, great people. Go get your sweat on! PLUS they have a wellness center with cold plunge, sauna and red light therapy. It’s so so nice. Cannot wait to come again.

Peak Fit is AMAZING! All the coaches keep you motivated, play the best music to keep you going, and are knowledgeable in what they’re teaching. I’ve always preferred traditional gym workouts over group classes until I went to Peak Fit, it changed my perspective and once you start you just want to keep going back. They are the best workouts you can get in 45 minutes and start to see or feel the results and benefits from them quickly. All the exercises can be modified to meet your fitness ability and they review those modifications in every class. LOVE PEAK FIT!
