I have been working with Grace for the past year in both 1:1 and group sessions--she is the best trainer I have ever had. I have had a variety of trainers over the past 10+ years from body builders to triathlon trainers and have had the most success with Grace. She has helped me on my weight training journey as I entered my 30's and become more confident with weight lifting and understanding my body.

I’ve been training with Grace for about 2+ years now. When I started, I had never really lifted weights before and didn’t know proper form or how much I should be lifting. In 2+ years of progressive weightlifting with Grace I have never had an injury from the gym. She watches your form, corrects you when you need, and will bump you up or down in weights when you need it. She tells you how much you should be lifting for each exercise whether you’re 1:1 or in a small group class which I absolutely love because I can never remember!!

I’ve done 1:1 personal training, semi-private, and small groups. You can’t go wrong with any of the training class types and everyone is so welcoming and nice. There are men and women of all ages, sizes, levels, etc. You wont feel out of place, and Grace does a great job adjusting your pace and weights to your skill level, even in the small group classes.

I absolutely love Grace and all of the people I workout with each week. It’s an awesome community!!

I have been working with Grace for a few years for personal training, group training and individual nutrition counseling and she is the BEST. Grace is very knowledgeable about the science behind your training program. She knows how to modify her routine for your body, injuries and athletic goals. She is compassionate, FUN and a real hard ass in the best way. I didn't realize how strong I was until working with Grace and she continues to push and encourage me. She keeps our workouts diverse and interesting so I don't get bored. She also plays great music, which we can all agree is essential. On the nutrition front, her goals and advice are so practical and attainable. Grace doesn't let you cut corners and she makes sure you stay on track. Finally, she has awesome referrals for supplemental support if you a chiropractor, PT, massage, medical advice, etc. If you have the opportunity to work with Grace, do it! You won't regret it!

We’ve been training with Grace for a couple years, and she’s absolutely fantastic. She comes to our home, which makes staying consistent so much easier for me. Every session is tailored to our fitness levels and goals, and somehow she manages to push us just the right amount.

Been powerlifting for several years and I wanted to cut body fat for some photos.

I’m a busy man and did not want to spend a bunch of time tracking a diet. Grace put together a plan for me that I could follow with very little mental overhead and she proactively checked in with me frequently.

I was even injured part way thru - broken rib snowboarding - and she helped me come up with alternative exercises to keep working toward my target. She’s an excellent trainer that can help you achieve your goals whether you’re a beginner or advanced.
