Peak ownership/mgmt bizarrely and indefensibly single out senior *tennis members to discriminate against. Peak participates in several programs that provide certain benefits to members of Medicare Supplement/Medicare Advantage Plans (e.g., Silver Sneakers, Renew Active). Among benefits of these plans are fitness benefits that cover the cost of a health club membership. (Note that this means that if you have such a Medicare plan, YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR A PEAK BASIC FITNESS MEMBERSHIP THROUGH YOUR MEDICARE PREMIUMS!) Peak honors this agreement for members with "basic" fitness memberships, but denies it to *tennis members, whose memberships include a basic membership plus tennis privileges, for which there is a monthly surcharge. It is crystal clear in the terms of these fitness benefits that they anticipate exactly this situation, with the expectation that the amount of the basic membership would be credited towards the total membership cost, leaving the member to pay the difference (e.g., the $26 monthly surcharge for *tennis access).

Peak formerly credited *tennis members who have such Medicare plans the amount of the "basic" membership dues toward their tennis memberships, but, without explanation, ceased doing so ~4-6 years ago. At current membership dues ($69/month for basic membership, $95/month for *tennis membership), Peak thereby OVERCHARGES the senior *tennis members to whom they deny this benefit $828/YEAR!!! Worse, because these members have already paid for the benefit through Medicare premiums, WE ARE BEING DOUBLE-CHARGED the amount of the "basic" membership EVERY MONTH, first in our Medicare premiums, then by Peak's discriminatory denial of this benefit that we have already paid for with those premiums. Peak's management cannot or will not provide any remotely valid, reasonable explanation for this choice to discriminate against senior *tennis members in this way.

*UPDATE: With the advent of pickleball memberships, Peak management has announced that it will discriminate against senior pickleball members as well, likewise denying them the Renew Active/Silver Sneakers/etc. benefits that THEY HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR IN THEIR MEDICARE PREMIUMS.

2024 update:
Calling all tennis players. Casual players, especially you, so many great opportunities for adult players! Come check it out

pdate:
Pickleball players! Oh my toenails, you have to come see what Peak Fitness Blue Mountain location is doing. A Monstrous indoor facility JUST FOR YOU.
I'm so excited. What a great space dedicated to pickleball.
Admit, though, I loved watching you guys play on the basketball court while I worked out above. I'm going to miss the game play. note: you can still watch the games while fitnessing over there. There are some excellent games.

All about tennis:
Great place for tennis lessons, practice, and periodically tournaments for all ages. Indoor and outdoor courts, ready for all seasons.
Looks like a brand new work out machines/system installed at tennis location, 07/2021.
A walk across parking lot takes you to Peak Fitness Club, pool, classes, indoor 1/4 mile track and Spa. Big fitness club.

The 6 new indoor pickleball courts are amazing. Book to play using the Peak Missoula app. All levels. Great coaching by Joe Fraser, the pickleball director. And now there are 6 outdoor courts as well.

Great staff - very knowledgeable about games, rules, equipment and give pointers without being pushy. Courts are in good shape and locker rooms are always spotless. Would love to see punch passes for courts for friends who aren't members that want to play occasionally and a sign up board or app for people looking for opponents for singles, doubles, cut throat, etc.

Such a special facility 4 beautiful courts inside and plenty outside, in addition to hand bball courts. Top notch locker rooms, lounge area, weight room to warm up for a match. Upstairs is a nice viewing balcony and a spacious yoga room. On addition Scott & Jim and staff make this facility so special I drive 2 hours to play here and take lessons. I can't wait until next time.

This is a great facility. While it has all kinds of amenities, I have mostly played indoor tennis here. The courts are well lit and in excellent shape. The staff members are always friendly and helpful. Scott, the pro, really runs the facility well. I’m not a member because I’m only here a few months a year, but would join if I lived here.

What a great facility. Tennis, racquetball, squash they have it all. A nice proshop as well. It will make you feel like a member of an exclusive executive club. The only drawback is it's a bit out of the way on the southern edge of town and a bit thin on parking during peak hours.

The Barre a d Yoga classes here are awesome, I've never played in the pickle ball, racket ball, or tennis courts, but it looks like a blast, and they have a child Care center here to allow you to drop your kiddos off then pick then up after your workout.
