I can’t say enough how grateful I am for Revo. When I joined I was 50 lbs overweight, limping still from an ankle break that a year of exercises didn’t seem to help, and feeling like I couldn’t be the person I wanted to be and do the things that give me joy.
Now, I’ve got my body back to being healthy, doing things that love, gained my confidence back, I’ve done 2 obstacle course races, ran a marathon, and have made fitness and health a necessity in my life. Thanks to all the coaches and team that helped along the way.

Revo has exceeded my expectations one hundred fold. My physical therapist referred me to them to strengthen areas prone to injury. The strength training was tailored to my main sports - mountain biking and skiing, with nuanced instruction for every program designed for me. The trainer's attention to detail helped me build up a solid foundation of strength and honestly, have more fun on the trail. I highly recommend trying Revo out if you want to stay healthy and continue shredding.

I am here in Missoula for work, and Revo fit not only has made me feel welcomed but has challenged me to do better. It has taught me discipline and how to be intentional with each movement. I promise you will not be disappointed with these classes. Very affordable and top quality staff. I hope everyone can experience the sense of pride and joy that I have gained in such a short period of time.

I have been a member for 4+ years and will never train anywhere else. I have tried various gyms over the years, but this has been the best experience and given me the most healthy results. It is an affordable blend of personal/semi-private training that takes your overall health and goals into account. Despite changes in staff over the years, all of the trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive. I am always recommending Revo for anyone in need of strength training.

I love it at REVO! I am finally consistent with weight training after years and years of saying, “I really should lift weights.” The encouragement and support and direction from the amazing staff have turned this gym-phobic girl around. And … it’s a ton of fun!! Thank you for all you do!!

Strength and conditioning training were NOT my things. I was nervous but I am SO GLAD I joined Revo - it's a non-negotiable part of my schedule now. It's helped me improve my hiking and running, and made recovery faster. I'm still the weakest link in all my Revo classes, but the coaches and other participants are amazing - the coaches especially are SO supportive and are building my confidence week-by-week. Their skill is mind blowing - they can see and correct things that I can't even feel in my body! It's amazing. I can feel myself getting stronger and I love it!

Revo is the best gym I have been a part of in 35 years. Mike and his staff do things differently. Intentionally. Small group classes progress over six weeks; cover strength, mobility and conditioning; and are geared toward the current season of activities. Revo not only offers one-on-one training, but also the option of more affordable semi-private training. Clients still get a training plan personalized to their age, fitness, goals, and injuries, plus plenty of access to coaches while working out. It's been a game changer for me. Revo coaches emphasize proper form, functional training based on research, and supporting clients through every exercise. There's no bro culture or phoning it in. I love it.

From the moment you walk into Revo, it’s clear you’re stepping into something far more than just a gym, you’re entering a community built on purpose, passion, and excellence. Mike has poured countless hours into not only designing a world-class facility but also curating a team of trainers like Bobby who go above and beyond to make every member feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Revo isn’t just a place to work out; it’s a place where you're challenged, encouraged, and genuinely welcomed. It sets a new standard for what fitness should feel like in the Northwest. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just beginning your wellness journey, RevoMT is the kind of place that makes you feel like you truly belong.

I love training at Revo and appreciate the attention to training informed by science. I have primarily been training in between having two kids in the last 2 years. Being pregnant or postpartum, I have felt so comfortable training because Revo is truly about all people and all goals/levels. I love working with Callie for personal training sessions. I know I get the best workout targeting exactly what my postpartum body needs. I highly recommend Revo and believe I have the strength I do currently two babies due to taking good care of my body at Revo! I haven’t been joining group fitness lately, but I would. The group fitness classes are awesome. The feel here is relaxed, everyone is approachable, and if you’re looking for an opportunity to exercise with more intention and evidence-based recommendations, Revo is the place to go.

I can easily say with no hyperbole that Revo has changed my life completely! It’s been just 7 weeks at Revo, and I can honestly say it’s changed my life. I’m doing semi-private sessions, which means my workouts are perfectly tailored to my needs, and I feel confident knowing I’m in safe hands. I used to be afraid of going to the gym and worried about getting hurt, but Revo has completely transformed my perspective.
Looking back, my only regret is not starting sooner when my daughter first recommended it. If you’re considering making a positive change, I highly recommend giving Revo a try!

Revo is the best place in town for personalized, evidence-based training no matter what your goal. My orthopedist says the same. The coaches have helped me with customized programs to train for various sports, recover from surgery, and rehab injuries. It’s always fun to see coaches Bobby, Michael, and Park as well as friends there, which motivates me to rarely miss a session. It’s much more fun to work out when someone is there to help you optimize your form, provide ongoing education, and give encouraging high-fives. I used to find going to the gym boring and alienating, so Revo has been a game changer for me. Love the fun community, gorgeous space, and all the ways that I’ve learned to push my limits and stay strong.

This gym is the best training experience I've had. It gets specific for the changing seasons and sports. I feel stronger and have more endurance in every activity I do. I'm also an ex-crossfiter and they have improved and overhauled my form on most every exercises. My physical therapist even heard good things and gave them a thumbs up. My shoulder got stronger and the injury has almost completely healed itself. When I first started I was nervous I was going to be too sore because I hadn't weightlifted or seriously trained in like 6 months, and they let me ease into the weightlifting and modify exercises for my injury. ALSO it's a good base even if you aren't an athlete and you just want to feel healthy and strong as you get older.

Prior to Revo, I was going to other gyms and doing workouts that would flare up old injuries. When I joined Revo, the coaches were able to create programs that would not flare up my injuries, and would help me get stronger. I am now able to work out pain free, and do sports and exercises that I was never able to do before. The staff are professional, kind and motivating, and it's a super fun atmosphere in the gym. Revo changed my attitude towards fitness and working out. With the great guidance from coaches I was able to work on isolating certain muscles to fire and work properly. They take time to learn about your strengths and weaknesses and really apply that towards the programming they create for you. I also have started coming more to RevoFit and that class has challenged and pushed me. It’s a great workout, but what makes it truly incredible is the dedication and time the coaches give to everyone.

Revo is awesome. I am not naturally a gym person and I usually feel too awkward/inexperienced to get in a good workout in the past. Revo has helped me immensely in my overall strength and recovering from a lifetime of sports injuries. I've had back issues since I was 16 and nothing really helped. I began going to Revo and following the program and within 2 months my low back felt better than it has in over 20 years. Mike has put together a great gym and program, but working with Carl has been both amazing and fun. I'm stronger, fitter, and can continue to play hockey with far less risk of injury. If only I had had their knowledge and guidance in my teens and 20s!

And the fact that the program switches every 6 weeks makes it so that you don't get bored going to the gym. And how could you when you come here. Everyone who goes is friendly and the coaches are fantastic! Mike, Callie, Grant, Carl, and Nate get to know you on a personal level and seem to actually care about you and your fitness. I originally joined Revo to compliment my running. I, truthfully, was one of those runners that hated doing strength because of how strength deficient I felt (previous injuries left me feeling asymmetric and weak). Ideally, I was looking to (for once) stay healthy while running. A couple different friends and coworkers introduced Revo to me and from that first week, I was hooked. Revo’s classes are focused on strengthening you so that you can enjoy your outdoor activities (i.e. running, biking, skiing). The RevoFit class schedule switches every 6 weeks so you get a new program and it is all fresh again, pushing your boundaries. This place got me to go to the gym 3x/week when I had the HARDEST time getting strength in before. The coaches get to know you as an individual, even in the group classes, that is what got me. Revo is a vibrant and dynamic gym that is constantly allowing me to work hard so I can play hard outside without injury. That is key for me.
Back in Feb/Mar of this year, we also did a Revo Challenge 8 week program that mixed both RevoFit classes with semi-private with an emphasis on sleep and nutrition. This was by far the most impactful for me because I learned how/when I need to fuel my body for my lifestyle. This was only one of the non-scale victories I have gained throughout my eight months at Revo.
Revo has given me the confidence that I can be strong, healthy and injury free while still enjoying the outdoor sports I love. I highly recommend trying a class or meeting with the coaches if you have been interested!

I heard about Revo through some friends, and decided to check it out after spending a couple years at a CrossFit gym and feeling frustrated with strength plateaus and nagging joint pain. From my initial movement assessment, I could tell that the attention to detail and quality of coaching is unparalleled by any other gym in Missoula. I was blown away by the improvements I made within just a few months at Revo. I’d never had an individualized training program specified to my body, goals and activities, and the benefits became apparent after just a couple months. I’ve never felt stronger or more well-rounded in my fitness routine, and I’ve seen major progress on lingering problems I’ve had for years. I’ve also made huge strength improvements and have had virtually zero pain, which seemed totally unattainable before.
For anyone curious or on the fence - try a class! The coaches, athletes and atmosphere at Revo are super inviting and friendly.

I moved to Missoula from a big city, where I trained at an amazing gym with fun, educated, skillful coaches who could design a program that I enjoyed and that worked for me.
I figured that was something I would give up when I moved to Missoula... and then I discovered REVO. I love the small group training, the coaching, and the entire vibe of the gym. I'm happy when I go, and I feel great when I leave. I never have to worry about injury, because I feel like Michael understands movement in a way that many coaches do not.

I'm not a gym guy and this is not a gym. It's a strength center where Mike and his team genuinely care about my improvement. To the point where they re-develop my monthly workout and make daily adjustments as necessary. With real-time feedback while I exercise, I can perfect the movement and get the most out of my time there. Also, I have a chronic lower back injury that has kept me out of the gym until now. And at REVO I can push myself without fear of injury. I would say if you want more out of the time you spend at the "gym" go check it out.

I was one of those people who was in pain for at least a little while every day. I used to go to a physical therapist a few times a month and a chiropractor almost as much. Now I just go here three times a week.
At first I was timid and afraid of getting hurt but they did a great job of making plans for me that built the foundations that I was missing. I starting seeing gradual improvements that added up very quickly.
After just under three months my daily pain is down to an occasional tightness, I feel more confident, and I am actually saving money over my old co-pays.
I am not going to push anyone to join but I would suggest that you swing by and check it out.

I was drawn to REVO because I wanted to learn more and take care of myself. I am a trail runner, I love boxing, and I have two very energetic little girls that I need to keep up with. I started getting into typical bodybuilding workouts on my own with a little bit of cross training. I felt lost, had some running injuries, and my movements did not feel right.
REVO IS AMAZING! I get a customized training plan with unique functional strength and heart rate based conditioning, help with nutrition, and personalized training during open group workouts. I have learned to listen to my body in the gym and out of the gym. Most importantly, I feel great playing with my girls, running with our dog, and hiking our beautiful mountains.
The owners are genuine. Mike is a unique trainer with your best interests in mind!

As someone who has spent 10+ years in the fitness industry (including stints at Men’s Health magazine and Precision Nutrition), and as someone who knows some of the world’s top personal trainers and coaches, I can say that REVO is without a doubt one of the best training facilities in the country.
The coaches are extremely good at program design (especially taking previous injuries into account) and are also highly attentive and give lots of personal attention to everyone.
Each time I train at REVO, I have a smile on face. It’s just so damn cool to see so many different people working hard, having fun, and challenging themselves. Everyone from high-level and recreational athletes to people who are just getting in shape for the first time of their lives. The camaraderie is electric.

I love this gym! It is the perfect fit for someone lost in the world of fitness, for the well versed fitness fiend, and everyone in between. Michael designed a workout program that is exceeding all my expectations and helping me surpass my goals and taking in to account previous injuries/problems (mostly chronic joint pain in my case, which is improving with each session). Small group sessions also build an amazing community of support while still making sure you still get any direct, personal training you may need to achieve you goals. My favorite part: this gym is not out to take over your life, rather it compliments your life.
