Steepworld is amazing. I was visiting my parents and needed a summer camp for my son for 2 weeks while we were there. He had so much fun, he got his energy out and they really understand kids and are so patient and encouraging. I can't recommend this place enough. The staff is so helpful and nice and major props to Coach Cassie who is so calm, cool, professional and a great leader. I wish this place existed where we live. To say the least, our experience at this gym has led us to the decision that we will not be returning. Being undermined by someone who clearly lacks a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of climbing was not only frustrating but also disappointing, especially when that individual is representing the gym. In a setting where safety and expertise are paramount, it's crucial that staff members speak from personal experience rather than relying solely on classroom instruction. Unfortunately, the lack of depth in their knowledge only served to diminish our trust in the establishment’s commitment to quality instruction and customer experience. It's their way or the highway, so even if you have experience, they're gonna make you do it their way to climate at their gym, so I suggest just going outside. I didn't come there for lessons nor did I need one.

Great place to go for all skill levels. Staff was helpful and friendly. The fort worker was great at explaining things to adults as well as kids. There were doing a reset while we were there and when asked questions they were very informative and answered all out questions. They reset a different part of the gym every Sunday afternoon/evening and allowing for something new every week. They had multiple auto belay lines. The prices were affordable. We will definitely be back!

I climb 4 to 5 times a week. I absolutely love it here at Steepworld. I almost don't want to leave a 5 star review just so I'm not having to share with more people! The building is beautiful, the staff is awesome and helpful. There are two areas for bouldering, and two areas for top rope, a full gym, and yoga room. I simply can't get enough of climbing there. I've been climbing consistently now for several months, and not once have I had a bad experience. I would highly recommend climbing at Steepworld to anyone!

Fantastic gym. Great setting with not too soft or sandbagged grading. Training area with almost everything you need. Tall walls (42 feet), and a great community. I was there for only 1.5 hours but talked with lots of people who were very open and accepting to new climber friends. Jack at the front desk was also 10/10, deserves a raise.

Great gym with a mix of lead, top rope, autobelay, and bouldering. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I especially loved the autobelays upstairs because they're slightly higher than a standard boulder wall and I'm usually too afraid to get to the top of a 15' problem for fear of falling incorrectly, but this allows you to work on some boulder-style routes while clipped in :) The boulders upstairs are also shorter which is nice. The quality of routesetting was excellent, if not slightly sandbagged compared to Colorado gyms.

I was visiting so I got a day pass - it cost me $23 for a day pass, shoes rental and a chalk bag. Value for money is 👌. I only bouldered and they had 2 sections - one in the ground floor and another at the 2nd floor. The first floor section was enough for me but wouldn't mind them adding a section in the future. Staff were friendly and the facilities were really clean. One thing to note is that they don't require masks as of May 2021 - this might be new to some people visiting.

I came in with my two siblings and it cost over $62.00. Only to find out that we only have access to kid level climbing and a small gym upstairs. So we started use the belay course which is something we’ve done since childhood. We were approached saying we had to be certified to use the course and so we complied. He failed my sister for not being able to tie a figure 8 knot quick enough and he failed me by saying the house rules require my hand to be in a different position, which I couldn’t have reasonably known before the test. We also couldn’t retest in the same day so we paid $62 to get a raw deal. At this point either lower your prices to fit your quality or stop claiming to be family friendly.

High cost is a barrier for many people but maybe keeps it from being crowded. Poor location, have to drive far from anywhere to get there, but I guess has the space they need to expand from the old location. Friendly employees.

Wish they would eliminate the fees for subscription or the pause fees which just extract money for now value, allow one month memberships for people who are in town over summer or holidays. With 10-pack comes out to like $15/session which is a lot, so only really good value if you're a local going on a membership.

I think this place is a lot of fun. Only problem I have is it's pretty expensive if you're only going for one or two hours. It would be nice to have some type of special or hourly rate. especially if you come at 5 p.m. and you only stay for a hour or two. I also think that charging $2 for chalk is somewhat ridiculous if you have to spend $20 just to go there for 2 hours. I'm not trying to get a freebie but come on now. I also think that it is too cold there. When you have subzero temperatures outside and it is freezing inside makes you wonder why. The positive is the staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is delightful.

We were here for my niece's birthday party. Everyone here was very friendly. The 2 employees that stayed with the party and entertained the kids were excellent. Very patient with a bunch of 6 year olds. They did a great job keeping the kids busy and entertained. Was my first visit here, and I was impressed with the service. Awesome new location. The guys at Steepworld took it to the next level with this facility. I had climbed at the original gym for going on a decade.

I've been coming here to train and work out for about 6 months now so it's time I wrote one of these. What can I say? I love this place. With (currently) 7 auto belays, 5 top ropes, and a small lead wall it is somewhat small (at least relative to the ones that I'm accustomed to in Denver) but it has one of the most extensive bouldering collections I've seen. There's plenty of problems here to keep all skill levels satisfied for a long time. The climbing routes are also well-set, fun, and challenging. They tend to under-grade here, but personally I prefer that to grading soft as it sets more realistic expectations of your performance. Everyone is committed to safety, and the equipment is top-of-the-line. It has as well-equipped a workout area as any Climbing gym with modern machines, weights, and fingerboards/pegboards.

As with any gym it's all about atmosphere, and the community here can't be beat. They offer several classes including a top-rope class, gym-to-crag class, summer camps, a climbing team, and several live yoga sessions via video and in-person instructors. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and committed to your progression. Tony has been a huge help both in helping me progress and answering any and all gear related questions. Heath is always friendly and helpful for new and experienced climbers alike. Jim's enthusiasm for climbing is evident in just about every interaction he has with people, and the rest of the staff are always having a great time and committed to you doing the same. They are also GREAT with kids, parties, and new climbers- something that sets them apart.

I've also made several gear purchases here (shoes, helmet, draws, chalk, rope, etc) and I've always felt satisfied that I got the right product for me at a good price. I'm happy to support such a quality group of people and a great place to train!
