Kelly/Strong Fitness offers exactly what I was hoping to find in a fitness regimen: Kelly is fun and welcoming but very professional in her instruction and guidance, class sizes are limited to 4 so everyone gets lots of personal instruction, she is amazing at keeping everything fresh and new - constant rotations of new ways to work and build muscle, improve balance and endurance. Kelly is great at adapting exercises to each persons individual physical needs, she offers alternating days of cardio & strength training, her app is easy to use and allows for scheduling flexibility, and I leave feeling tired but great. Strong Fitness is perfect for me!

Kelly does an awesome job!!! She is Professional and knowledgeable as well as incredibly patient and kind. There may be people at varying levels in a class, but she has a way of making it work well for all participants. She is the best!

Training with Kelly is worth every dollar. She works with my limitations not around them and pushes me to my limits. I am getting stronger every day. Kelly does not just care about our showing up, she cares about our lives. The studio setting is clean and tidy and the other clients are fun to be with. I am 100% happy I signed up with Strong Fitness!

I recently started training with Kelly and it has been amazing. Her workouts are fresh and new with constant updates and variety. She works every muscle in your body (as a doctor of chiropractic medicine I know my muscles) and she keeps the environment fun and interactive! If you have considered trying a new workout regimen, I highly recommend Kelly at Strong Fitness Studio!
Iβd like to update/ edit this review to say I have been working out here for 2 years now and I have never been stronger. The exercises are still exciting and different. I never know what will be on the board the next day! I know which days we will focus on cardio vs weight lifting but what that will look like it always a fun surprise! If you have health goals and dedication, Kelly will get you there.

I have worked out with trainers on off for 30 yrs and Kelly is truly amazing. You are always surprised by your exercises so there is no boredom. She keeps very current with the latest exercises and research and knows how to engage every muscle in your entire body. She is also such a kind spirit so the entire experience is motivating. I highly recommend her classes.

Working out at Strong Fitness Studio has become a new "healthy habit" for me. Had to do something to make a positive change and going here has helped me feel better and stronger. I love working out with Kelly as my trainer. She creates varied workouts that are far from boring and she has it all mapped out, all I have to do it show up and do it! Iβve been working out with Kelly for 3 months. I came to her after being seriously ill & unable to do much if any physical activity. With the ok from my physician I came to her worried about my lack of ability & endurance.
Kelly has taken special attention and care to motivate, educate and make working on my health FUN! Who knew I really enjoyed working out! She is amazing at her craft, always something new & ALWAYS personal support or modifications to suit each of us.

I have worked out at several different places in town and at Strong Fitness Studio, Kelly provides one-on-one attention and challenging workouts that I couldnβt find anywhere else. The environment is so inviting and welcoming no matter what physical and health background.
