Studio B is a great health oriented facility with the most amazing positive motivating staff. All of their trainers go above and beyond to help you achieve your physical fitness goals. Your health is their top priority. They also understand that everyone's fitness levels are different without any judgement... just encouragement to make you your best you! Studio B is the best :-)

Love this studio...I travel to Libby for work a few times a month and can't wait to come to the studio for a great class. There is always a nice variety of choices and times! The locals and instructors are friendly and inviting π

Awesome gym, best one in Libby. The class variety is great and the classes are tough and challenging. Great for if you are a local or just traveling through! Love the TRX classes, have never felt strong until I tried these!

Came to work out with my mom and was not disappointed! The building is newly refinished and looks amazing! More importantly the work out was fun! Coach Liz was very encouraging and helpful during the whole thing! They have some cute gear for sale too. I will be back next time I'm in town!

I was tired of being winded and out of shape with everyday activities. I didnβt know where to start or how to start βworking outβ. Liz was working with my wife and they encouraged me to try some classes that were perfect for me. Itβs been a year now and I still go to a variety of small group classes that are perfect for me. I haven't had a gym membership since I was a Gold's Gym member over 20 years ago! I have never been fond of the social scene at typical gyms and that's whats kept me away from public gyms and exercising on my own. I was actually persuaded by a friend to try Beyond Training for the first time about 1 year ago. I went hesitantly and have not looked back even once, and have only continued to increase my membership package so I can attend more frequently. I love the small group training and the variety of classes offered. There is truly something for everyone, beginners and exercise enthusiasts alike! And if you're a local, your first small group visit is free, so definitely give it a try!

Small group classes at Beyond Training are just what I needed to get and keep me in a fitness routine. It's been 15 months since I got the nerve to attend my first, so glad I tried it! BT offers a variety of challenging, small group classes that are motivating and heart pumping! Trainer Liz and her growing team are knowledgeable and supportive. I love TRX, Pilates and the Cycle/TRX combo classes but there are others offered as well. Check it out! Attend a class, you will want to come back for more!

Liz Whalen is committed to helping women of all ages become physically stronger and make healthy choices. I signed up for her fitness challenge and am getting pretty excited by the results! Just by focusing on making healthy meal choices and spending just 30 minutes a day on cardio/strengthening activities, I have already lost 5 of the extra pounds that have been driving me crazy!! Liz is energetic, easy to talk to and knowledgeable in her field of work. Friends of mine have joined personal training sessions and are seeing even better results than I.
