I started working out with Nicole a month ago and in that time I have already see great weight loss, muscle increase and have more energy. Nicole is caring, friendly and her positive attitude keeps your workouts upbeat even when they are difficult. She is very knowledgeable and understanding.

I have never worked with a personal trainer before, but Nicole is phenomenal! She is fun, knowledgeable, and so encouraging! She pushes me when I need it, she has given me the confidence to use more weight than I ever thought I could and I look forward to every session. She even counsels me on diet, nutrition and lifestyle choices when I need help. I can’t wait to see the results the next few months bring!

I highly recommend Nicole if you are looking to make healthy changes and get stronger physically and mentally. I have been going to the Training Den since last December and I have achieved goals I didn't even know I had!! I absolutely love the 1:1 personal training in her studio. I don't like working out around a bunch of people so the private sessions help me to have confidence to push myself and give it my all. Nicole has a great way of giving you confidence to be the best version of you, be on your own journey and to be proud of yourself each step of the way. I have lost inches, significantly lowered my cholesterol numbers and feel AMAZING!!! I am still on my health journey but so thankful I have Nicole to help me get there!!

Nicole is not only a lovely person, but incredibly knowledgeable and professional! I came in looking to improve my form and gain strength. From our assessment she was able to come up with a detailed and easy to understand plan on how to address some of my muscle imbalances and bad habits while challenging my strength. Working with her has improved my knowledge of my own body both in and out of the gym so I am able to work on my alignment and imbalances with confidence while progressing.

Mid February, almost a year postpartum, I was struggling to make the right food choices and setting aside time to give my body what it needs, exercise. I got a wonderful referral from a friend of mine to check out Nicole at the Training Den.
I was stuck in a rut as I wasn't nearly as strong or as flexible as before being pregnant. I was also very nervous to make that first step again. Nicole made the transition so easy and was so supportive along the way! I have been working out with Nicole for 7 weeks now and have lost almost a total of 19" and 37lbs!! Not only that, I feel more energized due to the helpful tips in the nutrition world!
•I work out with Nicole 2-3 times a week and some on my own
•I've cut out almost all added sugars
•I've introduced a larger variety of healthy foods into my diet (different fruits, veggies, healthy fats, omega 3s..etc)
•I've cut out all fried and mostly all processed foods
•I eat less large meals and eat smaller meals/snacks more often, so my food is being used as energy and not stored as fat
•I drink a gallon of water a day (sometimes less on super busy work days)
Take the step towards a healthier lifestyle, its worth it!

I started coaching with Nicole in July 2022. She helped me make smarter food choices to help me with sustainable energy. (I’m a night shift RN.) She also got me off energy drinks, which is huge! Then just 5 weeks ago I started working out with Nicole. With her support and guidance, I’ve already lost several inches, overall, and about 10 lbs! I trust her completely, even more so after a recent knee injury that she has helped me rehab, strengthen, and stabilize. She knows her stuff! I have an athletic background and I have trained with several (all male) trainers for bikini body building competitions. I’m pretty picky, to say the least, on who I will train under and I have been SO HAPPY with Nicole! Check her out, you won’t be disappointed!

I workout with Nicole Wolfe and she is absolutely amazing! I started going to her over a year ago in Denver but have stayed with her since she’s moved to Helena. Nicole has worked with me to help me reach my ever evolving goals, from getting back into a healthy routine, to preparing for ski season and mountain bike season, to helping me with nutrition for to maximize my energy.
