Due to traveling I've been in many gyms and used to be employed at a gym at one time...and its not 5 stars only due to hours...it makes sense now a day to offer 24/7 ...itll provide even more revenue due to the increased membership as people appreciate 24 hour access...as we didnt fall into a carrier that allow for 9-5 lifestyle...especially weekends...should be open mich later as not everyone finds bar/club life worthwile....

The music is waaay too loud. Thankfully I only signed up for one month to try it out. The gym itself is pretty nice, good equipment, everything I needed. But seriously the music is a buzzkill. Maybe my earbuds aren't the greatest but I've been to a ton of gyms with the same ones and have never had this issue. I couldn't even focus on my workout or the music in my ears without the constant thumping of some honestly, pretty crappy music, interrupting my flow.

I only went for about a week, I asked them three different times if they could turn it down a little. Every time they said "oh sure no problem" and then turned it from 11 down to 10.5

What I REALLY don't understand is who is supposed to be listening to that music? I looked around. Every single person in there has earbuds or headphones on.

Anyways after the third time asking and not getting results I just left and went and signed up with a different gym.

I enjoyed this gym while being a member aside from a few minor things, but upon canceling my membership after giving birth to my son decided I will never be back. I paid for April and have not been able to use it once due to my son coming early and went to cancel it on April 22. My due date for payment is the sixth of the month and they informed me upon cancellation that I would still have to pay for May even though I would not be able to use it again. I have been a member of several gyms and usually when you cancel you cancel, there’s no 30 Day requirement that makes you pay for another month that you won’t be using. If you are looking for a gym that cares about its members personally and is a true month to month gym I recommend somewhere else.

The guy in front was friendly for issuing a couple day passes, which was so nice.
The gym had plenty of equipment, was well laid out, was mostly clean, much more so than most.
They have lockers you can set your own code for day use. I've never seen those, but that is great.
Would go back for sure

My one complaint about this gym.

Every class that they hold is Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm.

So if you work in healthcare or another job that is a monday-friday schedule in the am, there is not a single class you can attend.

I really really! Hope they change this soon!

I'd absolutely love to attend a yoga or barr class but cannot do it with my current work schedule. :(

This gym has been a great place for me to do my training. I am a CrossFit athlete that does conjugate strength training as well. This gym has all that I need to keep my fitness strong. The community among the regular gym goers is supportive and the coaches are all but willing to help out. I also love the added bonus of the juice bar for after my training and daycare just in case I need to bring my kids. I would definitely recommend this gym to any of my friends.

Absolutely love World Gym! Always clean, excellent equipment, free weights, etc. The coaches are some of my favorite humans, they encourage and push you to grow towards your own personal goals. They break everything down as far as form, giving you personalized adaptations if you have past injuries, etc, just overall great instruction to make sure you’re safe and getting stronger each day you show up. The WGA classes have been such a gift to me, kick starting my fitness journey while also making some really great friends. If you’re looking for a gym, I really can’t say enough positive things about this place and recommend it to all my friends.

As a very busy mama of 4 I'm disappointed in this gym. I love the location and equipment but the communication is subpar at best. I pay for a membership and monthly day care but can't use the facility often due to the closures during business hours. It's been a year and a half and no system has yet to be put in place to notify parents other than finding out once you've already arrived. There's no respect to parents time or lives it seems. The staff is ever changing and it seems highly unorganized. The day care gals have been so sweet and kind but none stick around long enough to get to know them because of their own frustrations with management and a less than fair wage.

Absolutely amazing gym. I travel 24/7 so have seen the whole spectrum of gyms and this is at the top! This is the best gym that I have ever been to. I started coming almost a year ago to the WGA pro classes with Danny. I have been coming to this gym just outside of Kalispell for 2 years and I love it! All of the employees are very helpful and every member that I have interacted with is friendly. The facility is clean and has great equipment. It can be intimidating to come to a public gym when you are 50+ but there are members of all ages here and it really feels like a small community! If you are a professional weightlifter do not go here you will get harassed about putting too much weight on their barbells. Don't put to much weight on the tank cuz you will be harassed (whitch defeats the name tank). Do not use the tanning machines if your a big guy as the stand up one can't fit broad shouldered guys, do not use the lay down tan machine you will be harassed about that too. Steam room breaks on the regular and is often pretty nasty 🤢🤮. Go here if your a beginner lifter but as a professional strongman, highland gamer, and powerlifter DO NOT go here! top trainer guy white hair hecka short new York accent and his minions get serious jealous of the top dog peeps. They advertise the best of the best equipment but clearly it's not all that great.... Cant break PRs when u have a nagging person saying no. (Might as well have a nagging wife) u get constantly harassed about too much weight on certain lifts. Oh yeah the ex cop top trainer dude like to make fun of people that listen to rap especially if their white but there's plenty of black peeps that listen to country so beware you will be judged if your success outshines someone else lool. If you are in a environment where your success is limited time to find better alternatives where your success has a place to grow 🪴.

Update after owner responded: no you guys never approached me with any respect. The tank wasn't damaged by me it wasn't properly maintained putting the blame on customers instead of taking responsibility shows your true character. I was given permission to use the lay down (can only be activated by front desk) bed by the front desk they knew how much I weighed yet still gave me access that's on you! Blasting music is not a crime nor did your neighbor complain so bullying your customers is not ok. Stop justifying making excuses like you should know this your alot older than me I'm only 24 and I know this lol!

I’ve worked out at hundreds of gyms and fitness centers all over the country and this is the first one that Ive ever taken the time to write a 5 star review on…. The equipment is brand new and up to date and it keeps track of your sets, reps and interval times. The fitness staff is well informed, educated and professional. The picture windows of the facility give the gym more lighting so it makes you feel like you aren’t working out inside of a hidden cave. The location is amazing and accessible right off the highway. The gym offers high end/flexible childcare that’s extremely affordable! Lastly, the owner Stacy is there almost every single day and she has a genuine and sincere passion for people and for fitness. I'm an out-of-towner just here for the month. I figured I'd be looking at $150+ to join a gym for that time, but I was able to get a paid-in-full month long membership here for just $60! Which means it doesn't rollover, so there's no hassle with having to remember to cancel. There were no additional sign-up fees or any nonsense like that. Just a flat rate for a month of workouts. Incredible.

Plus, this gym really has everything. TONS of free weights, multiple areas to squat and deadlift with racks. They have some specific bench press benches as well as incline, but at a short 5'3'' it's awesome to have other options to do my bench press from so I can actually comfortably unrack. :)

There's a nice spot for stretching at the front, and the usual enormous array of cardio equipment. This is a small thing, but a few of the treadmills have little built in fans, and that's honestly incredible.

I'm always greeted on my way in and acknowledged on my way out. The restrooms are always clean and stocked, and nothing has felt gross or grimy anywhere in the gym.

Truly an A+ in my book, and I've been a member of MANY gyms as well as managing two of them for 4 years. Love the atmosphere here and that I can do pretty much any exercise under the sun.

The gym called me and cancelled the membership, and also reimbursed the last charge. Thank you for making it right.

My husband was called on active duty with the National Guard and he called to try and suspend/cancel his membership. He went to this gym one time in a year and they refused to cancel before his year was up. Obviously he wasnt expecting a refund for what he didn't use, just wanted to NOT be charged. I am expecting twins, and could use all of the money we can get. The fact that he has to pay for 4 more months of a membership that isn't even being used is ridiculous. Really disappointed they couldn't make an exception for someone in the military.

I work out here regularly in the summer while traveling between Missoula and Glacier, camping. The facilities are amazing. The workout equipment is abundant and the floor is spacious. On the weekends, it seems like there is never a crowd. I can easily spend a few hours here as the locker rooms are comfortable and offer up a really nice shower. Plus, staff and members are friendly. I often find encouragement here. It’s a welcoming place with everything you need and more for the gains!

I reached out to them about a year ago for a trainer following months of chemotherapy & a stem cell transplant. They got me connected with a trainer named Ali & she is amazing!! I have gain so much strength, confidence, muscle, flexibility & mental state back after training with her at the World Gym. Ali was very knowledgeable on what I needed to improve. Ali was flexible with her schedule & just determined to help me. She did a fantastic job!! I have included my children to be trained at World Gym. Everytime I go somewhere new the sauna or steam room doesn't work once I been there for a few days. And the repair or maintenance takes a while. Would be nice to have updates on gym equipment changes or and or issues on equipment when it will be fixed. My Father use to tell me "Get the best and you'll never regret it". I can't express to you any more, if your looking for a healthy life change, get a VIP membership at World Gym(it's only$15extra). I'm now entering my 6th week in their HIT (High Intensity Training) training program. Danny's training tactics will get you to peak performance. His "You verses You" mentality bodes well with me as I like to say "I can't want this more than you". I have to say, at my youthful age of 54 I seem to always be cautious of making a move that can throw out my back. After these past 6 weeks Danny regiment has given my core what it needed. I have found myself not even thinking about staining my back anymore. What a relief!!!. Do yourself a favor, be proactive with your health. Life is amazing

The quality of equipment, i cant really comment on due to experience, but since i don't know any better, I would say the equipment is good and usually clean.

My experience with one of the trainers has been consistently negative but their Head trainer is helpful in resolving the issue.

The head trainer, Danny reached out to my group and we came up with a plan that I have confidence in will resolve our original issue. He definitely cares about his customers and seems to be a great individual for our community. Lucky to have him in the valley

I witnessed the events of the 1 star review from the youg man, who complained as a direct result of being ask to move after being in a machine upward of 20 minutes w/ several of his friends doing the following: 1 set. Sit in the machine and text for 3 to 5 minutes. Get off it. The entire group clusters around the machine for several minutes w/ no one working on it. The next kid gets on, repeats the above scenerio...through 3 to 4 kids. Then they repeat the process. This goes on during peak times when this group is here. Camping and texting while several people are trying to get through their workouts. They were approached first by a member and told to stop camping, and then an off duty trainer reiterated it caused problems. Thank heavens someone said something about gym etiquette! I love this gym even more that this issue was addressed during a busy time.
I've also worked w/ the trainer who got invovled and who he claims doesn't know anything. This kid hasn't ever worked w/ her, is apparently offended or intimidated a woman knows more than him, and has no basis for claiming any of his accusations against her aside from the fact he's a high school boy and she's a woman. As it is, she's a brilliant trainer w/ seveal specialties that could probably help him improve and actually gain muscle.
As I said, I witnessed this encounter and overheard the boy as I left saying he was leaving a one star review, all b/c he's throwing a tantrum. Ignore it. This gym is amazing! Clean. Wonderful friendly staff. Great classes. Each trainer is specialized, and they don't let poor gym etiquette ruin it for everyone else.

I love the place and the equipment! There are some people that work there that are nice too, but I have had multiple bad experiences with people. They also said they complain about us for doing our workout. Some personal trainers don’t have any skill. They don’t know how to be nice.

This was my first time visiting a Gold’s Gym. It’s clean and the people are nice but this is a straight up commercial gym. If you’re lifting heavy the benches feel weird and flimsy.

I joined World Gym Kalispell in March after relocating to the valley. Enrollment was simple and they offered auto-pay which is so convenient. I took my first World Gym Athletics class a few weeks into my membership, and wow!! Not only did I get an incredible workout in, the instructor/trainer guidance made it feel like a personal training experience, and the WGA regulars made me feel like part of the crew right off the bat. From the front desk staff, to the trainers, to management/ownership, it's clear that the World Gym team cares very much about each member and shows it by extending professionalism, kindness, and experience to each member!

Witnessed 2 staff members inciting violence between two gym members seemingly for their own amusement!!!

I made a hand written complaint. It wasn't handled properly as It was never addressed n to my acknowledge these employees still work here so I DID NOT RENEW my month to month membership.

As a women I didn't feel safe here due to staff behavior.

Just recently signed up and it's worth every penny!! They will make shakes in house for a reasonable price. The steam room is a wonderful additional as well as the classes. The VIP membership totally makes sense to get $1 off shakes. Happy to be getting the body in motion again! See you in the morning.

This gym is the best in the valley. Brand new, state of the art equipment with a spacious floorplan so you don't have people literally fighting over equipment like the wave. The staff at the front desk are super friendly and helpful. The hydromassage really helps to loosen and relieve the knots in my upper back after an injury I sustained last fall. Locker rooms are clean and no kids running around. At 56, I dropped 30 lbs and began doing 70 pull-ups a day. Glad I found this gym.

I don’t know why I haven’t already written a review for World gym. I have been a member... nay, a part of this family since they reopened in Summer 2020. This is the elite gym of the Flathead Valley! Never mind the new and all encompassing high end equipment, how clean the staff keeps everything, the endless amenities and views of the mountains while you work out! It’s the people! Their tireless devotion to helping you meet your fitness needs and goals is beyond any gym standard I have ever experienced. Nick has been an integral part of my fitness venture since I started his evening WGA class. His intuitive approach to fitness and goal oriented training has changed everything I thought I knew about working out. Seeing the results first hand has encouraged and motivated me to keep working hard and pushing myself to achieve goals far beyond what I thought possible. Thanks Nick!

Large gym that is clean & offers lots of equipment choices. Love the Matrix cardio equipment that allows you to watch Nextflix while you work out. Lockers have built-in locks so you don't have to bring your own. I feel comfortable & secure going to this gym, which isn't always the case with all gyms.

We've been in town for a month and needed a gym. My online research led me to World Gym. What a great find! Absolutely amazing gym in every sense. Staff is always kind, professional and helpful. I asked if the calories for the shakes (which are delicious!) were available. They weren't, however, the employee stated she would figure them out for me. The next morning when we arrived, every shake's calories had been calculated! The employees are constantly cleaning and sanitizing. State of the art equipment in a welcoming environment makes for the perfect gym. We wish we could take it to our hometown!

I signed up as a new member a few weeks ago excited and nervous for how it would feel being at the gym. I have been so impressed. The staff is so kind and gracious. They always have great music. The equipment is fantastic and accommodates all levels and interests including HIT, CrossFit like exercises. It feels comfortable and inviting. I can’t wait to get in there every day. Did your gym charge you during the COVID shutdown? World Gym didn’t. Jeff and I love World gym, the owners and staff are warm and inviting, the equipment is new and kept very clean. This gym offers something for everyone, machines, weights, classes, tanning, hydro-massage beds as well as protein drinks and apparel. We are not strangers to working out, but wanted to change it up little so we booked a few training sessions with Danny, he is an excellent trainer, pushing our limits with our safety on the forefront. We are sore but not hurting the day after working targeted muscle groups. Hands-down the nicest facility and Kalispell. They have every piece of equipment that you could need to get a complete work out whether it’s hit training weightlifting or the classes that they offer. The whole staff has been excellent to work with not afraid to come talk to you and give you pointers. Absolutely love the Hydro massage bed and the smoothie bar. There is no sauna but the steam rooms are a good option.
