Kept charging me while I canceled my membership last month.

If any of you plan on signing up with this gym, I want to advise you that they charge $80 for a cancellation fee, so if you plan on cancelling, prepare to pay another month of membership, basically. Poor customer service, was told that cancellation would be noted on our account. It wasn't. Got charged $110.00 today and then charged $75.00 to cancel. Was told that cancelling one membership would be $28.00 to cancel, however, 2 memberships is $75.00. Was also told that we signed up during a promotion, which was never stated to us until we tried to cancel. The promotion ended up biting us and this and been a horrible experience.

Great gym to get your lift on. They have everything you need and then some. It’s more focused on lifting but they do have plenty of cardio equipment.

Excellent gym, super organized and clean with top of the line equipment like arsenal for example. If you live in Scottsbluff and don’t train here you are making a mistake. 10/10 for me and I’ve owned a gym for over 13 years.

Anytime I go to 24/7 fitness gym the staff is always friendly, ready to greet you with a smile.
I have never been to 24/7 and it be dirty. Anytime I go to 24/7 fitness gym, a staff member is always cleaning. I am proud to be a member of such a friendly, clean gym. Keep it up!

If you're looking for somewhere that has friendly staff but a serious environment, this is the place. Other gyms in the area are filled with people who go to the gym for fun or because theyre bored so it ruins your lift when they're messing with weights you're trying to use. This isnt the case at 24/7. Everyone in their wants to improve themselves. Lost over 50 pounds using their equipment and cardio machines. It's hard to go wrong. Its also pretty affordable when applying for family plans.

The gym is very clean, modern looking equipment as well. Everyone is very considerate, that includes staff and customers alike. I enjoy how prompt the gym owner, Adam Golla is when responding to questions or concerns. The membership is a reasonable price and the couples discount is nice as well.

I have since moved away, but this gym is the thing I miss most about Scottsbluff. I am a pretty skinny self-conscious guy and I feel very comfortable and welcomed here, especially by the strongest dudes in the gym. Adam is a very professional, polite, kind business owner and I can't wait to see what kind of improvements this gym has when I come back to visit

Staff is awesome. Most ppl there are relaxed and do there own thing. There are a few ppl like at every gym that think there hot stuff and suffer from ILS (imaginary lat Syndrome) but other then that everyone is cool and they are adding more to the gym here soon. Equipment is new and up to date. Super clean. Great Gym!
