Booked a private class to celebrate my birthday and everyone LOVED it! A group of 6 first timers we found the instructor really helpful and patient. We had such a great time and encourage any one looking for a fun way to celebrate any special occasion that is new and different, this would be a big hit! Thank Aero Fitness for all of the instructors who helped us get set up and record this memorable birthday party!

The beginner class was not just informative/tutorial - but a real workout. I can understand why you need a few beginner classes under your belt before you move onto the next level. I felt that the instructor did a great job fitting us for our harness, explaining the expectations and setting the tone for the class. It was so much fun jumping around and practicing new moves.

So fun!! I love being able to work out and get my heartrate going without being super achey and creaky in my knees!

The people that work there r super friendly .lots of patience.great workout for your body. Really cool to watch the level 4 doing a workout. I only gone to 3 classes. But I really enjoyed it.

About the Studio: Aero Bungee Fitness is a small woman-owned boutique fitness studio that offers bungee classes where you can get a low impact cardio workout in. The owner Jaesa (who I just met tonight after my class) has bungee instructor certification from a studio in Oklahoma and her mom Renae is also certified to teach and has a good knowledge of modifications and regressions.
Their passion for bungee fitness comes from their own stories, they found bungee fitness after they both have gone through struggles and ailments and it has given them a new opportunity to be physically active with low impact. The studio just opened up in late October 2023 and is finding its grove in being a new small business. Jaesa and Renae are both super helpful and answered any questions I had.
My workout: I workout 2-4x a week but I never do cardio because I don't like it and it can be a lot of impact on joints. I thought I'd give this a try and I really enjoyed it! I was able to get a little sweat in but it wasn't too much all at once. The level 1 moves are accessible and you can always ask the instructor for a modification/regression for you! I do think that it would take a couple of classes to get the rhythm and flow of the moves, so try not to get discouraged if the first class was overwhelming.
Set up of the bungee harness on you can take a bit as you will need to be weighed on a scale (this is actually important for safety so they know how many bungees they need to attach to your harness) and they'll adjust the height of the bungee harness to you. It's important to show up 15 minutes before your class time starts so that they can set up your harness for you. Once I had my harness on I had no problem and it sat comfortably. They offer additional padding, so that the harness doesn't dig into you which was very helpful as well. For the workout we did some squats, high knees, small jumps, burpees (which were actually fun) and some other different movements.
It's a unique workout and I really enjoyed it. I'll definitely be going back!
