Came with a member on a Sunday morning for a quick workout, no sign in sheet no one working. Owner came in and was extremely confrontational I asked to sign in, asked if i could pay apologized and he said no it was a Sunday. I understand the liability but he was literally trying to start a fight. While waiting at the front desk for my gym partner to grab his stuff owner came and physically pushed me trying to triggering a response. To the people that were there and witnessed this sorry, I hope you leave this toxic gym. Ive never seen a small business owner treat anyone like this.

Never waiting or asking people how many sets they have left cause their either enough weights or the people at the gym are nice enough to let you work in on their sets. Never had a problem at the gym, the fact that it’s 24/7 is even better cause I can go when it’s best for me! Next time I’m in Nebraska I will definitely be coming back

Great gym with plenty of space and free weights. Both Ty and Ashley are easy to chat with and had food/supplements available to get me going. I’m happy to have a new home gym!

Was visiting from Arizona and got the opportunity to work out here. Has an old school feeling with new school workout equipment. Ty helped me with a chest variation without me even having to ask. Also plenty of space and the gym lighting there is perfect. Wish they had a gym in AZ as well.

I was in town on a business trip and had failed to make it to any other gyms near by. I called here and I was happy to hear I could get a day pass and workout passed when the owners left. Truly a life saver, I was itching to get in my workout and this place was perfect. Excellent equipment, friendly accomdating owners, great lifting atmosphere, and two beautiful dogos. I'll be back anytime I'm in town, even on an off day. Thanks for saving my day!

This is like having a big city gym with a small town warmth. Never intimidating and the staff is always willing to help. Ty/Ashley are very knowledgeable and super sweet people to visit with.

Wow - Ty was incredibly rude and condescending in order to cover the fact that some of the amenities I asked about are not available through their gym. I'm not sure if he's the owner or an employee but I will NEVER purchase membership or encourage anyone else to purchase membership at this gym. He was a total jerk. He is clearly not a Nebraska native... Don't waste your money!
