I really enjoy the multiple options available for class types and times. I participate in both Group Training and Semi-Private workouts. Groups offer a fun time to workout with my friends, and the individualized focus of the Semi-Private offering has really helped me achieve my fitness goals. The trainers are knowledgeable and foster an encouraging environment. I'd never go anywhere else to work out. Best Life Fitness is not just a gym, it's a partner on my fitness journey.

I’ve been training with Adam for 3 years. I’ve lost over 90lbs and have gained so much strength! He is an amazing trainer and he really takes the time to understand what your individual goals are and works with you on how to achieve them. He leads with positivity and encouragement. He takes the time to explain all the exercises and the correct way to do them. Also, the friends I have meet at workouts are so encouraging and supportive! I always look forward to going. I absolutely love going to Best Life Fitness. Coach Adam and Coach Katie are the nicest coaches I've ever had. They make a hard workout fun. Don't worry about not being able to do certain moves, they will modify any workout to your abilities. I had trouble getting up from the floor and now I can get up with not too much effort. Makes this 71 year old not afraid of being stuck and having to call for help. With the offering of 2 free weeks to try it out, what's keeping you from giving it a try.

I trained with Adam in his group fitness class throughout the summer. It was so good! Adam does a great job adapting each exercise to your level and gently brining input to ensure correct form. Let's be honest. I don't like to sweat. I'd rather sit on the couch all day...lol. However, I am 64 years old and attending Adam's Group Fitness class's and having the time of my life. I attend 3 sessions per week with lovely people. I cannot say enough great things about Adam. I appreciate his professionalism, work ethic, listening skills and genuinely care of those he trains. I cannot do anywhere near what the rest of the group does....yet. So Adam modifies my workout to suite my skill level. The separate modification gives me the opportunity to believe in myself and accomplish fitness skills I never thought I had. Remember, the couch and me have been long lost buddies ...lol Adam is a awesome trainer.

Adam Herlick Fitness does an excellent job of offering a fitness community and activities for all levels. Your workout can be as hard as you want it, but there are lots of options for people that are new to fitness or need modifications for injuries/constraints. This program has coached me while I was recovering from a elbow injury, and I lost 10 lbs and my clothes fit better. More importantly, I’m stronger and can do things that I was not able to do before I started the program.

Adam Herlick Fitness is awesome! I've been doing strength training with him 2 days a weeek for about 6 months and can't get over how much better I'm feeling and functioning throughout the day! Although I've never been overweight, my body has been in shambles! I'm not an athlete and wanted nothing to do with working out, especially cardio🙅‍♀️! I was just over feeling weak, as if my body was breaking, my joints were hurting and giving out, my muscles couldn't lift my babies.😩 With Adam as my strength coach though, all of that has changed! 🤩 I have WAY more energy, have gotten SO much stronger, as well as better balance, stability, flexibility, endurance, etc. I'm so thankful for him and really love the small group settings and flexible class times I can choose from to get my workouts in.

I was invited by my friend to try boot camp and I’m so glad I came. I’ve been training with Adam ever since. He keeps the sessions interesting with lots of variety and great playlists. He’s always ready with modifications for those with injuries or other limitations. I have issues with my knees and after training for several months now the pain has decreased dramatically.
