Kent and his support staff are great! I feel encouraged to push my limits in a healthy way. Kent is active on social media and he's really good about following up with you during the week to see how you're doing. He maintains a good balance of workout intensity with a positive, friendly atmosphere. His times are flexible and he's great about communicating with you to meet your specific needs and goals. I lost 1.2 lbs in my first week!!

It is a highly personalized experience, and therefore very motivating and successful. The energy he brings to the gym is upbeat, positive and butt-kicking! He makes you want to do your best.
Personal momento- I went to see Kent a little over a year ago because I noticed I was losing strength as I aged, and we put a training plan in motion. I am 54 years old and now feel like I’m in the best shape of my life. I went from “skinny fat“ last summer, to competing in my 1st Bodybuilding Competition this past Spring!! All thanks to Kent and his great staff. Did I also mention that he helped me rehab through a double-spiral leg fracture? 100%!
