Strongly recommend giving Body20 a try! I am only on my third workout and I am feeling muscles that I didn’t even know I had!

This workout is amazing!! I have suffered from knee and hip pain for years trying to do the workouts and other fitness programs with little result. Here in a very short time I saw reduction in the cellulite on the back of my thighs (other places too but noticed here first). I haven’t worn shorts for a few years. Not this year!! I am more comfortable in my own skin now because of Body20 and I am going to need a new wardrobe for this summer! And all I do is 20 minutes once or twice a week!! I’m so glad I found Body20 better results w/o the pain on my hips and knees! You have to check them out!! Tell them Tina sent you!!!

From management all the way to the trainers I could not be more happy with the service and results I have seen.

I had a stress fracture in my foot and BODY20 allowed me to workout while I was in a boot, so I could maintain progress and not lose everything I had been working towards.

Body20 is, BY FAR, the most well-structured and client-focused training program I have found. I have FUN doing it. I love the trainers. The facility and equipment are 💯 locked in, giving you that actual one-on-one personal training experience. It’s all based on YOU. The Body20 program encourages a healthy balance of strength and cardio. And, on days you don’t want to work out, let the machine do the work for you! Do a Relax session. I’ve improved my muscle strength and balance and maintained a healthy weight over the year I’ve worked out at Body20.

I’ve been going to Body20 twice per week for the past 9 months. I love it!!!

As someone who wants to be in shape but has trouble staying consistent with workouts, having a trainer or classes to keep me accountable has definitely been important for me. However, I’ve also had trouble blocking out time in my schedule for classes or training sessions. Body20 has been an amazing solution for me! The workouts are short (only 20 minutes), but they kick my butt and definitely have shown results! Going weekly has given me the energy and momentum I’ve needed to get back in shape. I went to Body20 to check out and see if EMS training could help in strengthening my shoulder and possibly avoid shoulder surgery. The people there are amazing. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. The coaches guide me through the training suggesting different adjustments for shoulder exercises to reduce the grinding in my shoulder. I've been training for 6 weeks and I have to say that I have more flexibility and less pain.

When I started in December of 2023 I was looking to get back in shape. Had let my fitness take a backseat for too long. Body20 has given me A program where I’ve been able to lose weight and gain muscle In 20 minute workouts. I couldn’t be more excited about the results. I was skeptical about going and doing Body20, turns out I was surprised how much I loved it. At one point I held a plank for 30 seconds but when I was done it felt like I had done a 2 minute plank. The way I feel after the work outs is incredible, I can tell I’m working muscles I don’t even know existed before Body20.

They are wonderful. Probably one of the best gym experiences. They are able to work with people with mobility challenges to those that are super fit.
