I love core10 Pilates. If you are someone new getting into workouts or trying to gain some strength or balance and I would recommend this place 1000% percent. I have started around July, the amount of progress I have made so far is incredible. The trainers are amazing especially Wendy does great job of keeping the workouts balanced throughout the session. They guide you throughout the session. Every month they change the routine and it gets easier and harder at the same time. I wish I found this place sooner.

I’ve been coming to core10 since August. I absolutely love it! The instructors are amazing, engaging, and helpful. The owner is so responsive and educative! The workouts are challenging AND there are always ways to make it work if you need to level down. There are amazing meal plans that have helped me stay focused on eating great food and feeling amazing. There are challenges within the group where we help keep each other accountable! This place completely changed my perspective on strength!

Coming from a weightlifting background, I thought I had a solid handle on what it meant to be strong — but classes at Core10 Pilates seriously humbled me in the best way. From day one, the classes kicked my butt (in a good way!) and challenged muscles I didn’t even know I had.

The trainers are incredible — welcoming, supportive, and super knowledgeable. They create such an inclusive environment, and even as a beginner to Pilates, I’ve always felt guided and encouraged. The community vibe here is also amazing — everyone is kind, uplifting, and genuinely happy to be there.

I've only been attending for about 3 months, but I’m already seeing real improvements in my core strength and overall body awareness.

They had me at knowing my name on the 2nd time I showed up for class. The classes are challenging and have helped me build so much muscle and abs, I am happy to wear tank tops this summer! I have been practicing Pilates since June 2022 and this year I wanted to challenge myself. Upon research I found Core10 which is a more athletic/ faster pace approach to Pilates. Core10 is really good for me. I needed something that would strengthen my body and battle the wear and tear of aging (I really do not like working out in a gym). Something that would also counter the strain that Pickleball put on my body. Just one class a week alone made a big difference, it helped me to rebuild my core, balance and strength. After finishing 2 years of PT, Core10 was recommended to continue to help with my strength and flexibility. Wendy and her staff are pros at what they do, and taking some privates to help get me started was the key to my success since I had never taken any kind of Pilates/reformer class. Im now in the Essentials class, where the instructors give lots of cues and focus on mechanics, while keeping the tempo of the class high to achieve a maximum workout in 50 minutes. I have been a Core10 member since its opening and the instruction, professionalism and individual attention continues to be excellent. I am not the usual pilates reformer client. I am age 64, 6'4" and have had lower back pain for decades. With consistent Core10 pilates workouts (minimum 3 a week) my core and engagement of muscles other than lower back muscles has much improved. No back issues in 4 years. I cannot say enough about how Core 10 is changing my life. Its the workout I needed... at the exact time I needed it. In 2017 I was in the best shape of my life. I had been consistently working out 5-6 days a week for nearly 10 yrs... I owned a gym franchise location in town... fitness was my life. I sold the gym in 2018... and... just stopped. Stopped working out, stopped eating clean. In those 2 yrs I have started and stopped workout plans and diets... was just so hard getting back to it. In 2020... working from home really excelled the inactivity. I had a knee injury, ankles were always sore... My body was telling me it was time. Enter Core 10. I had never done a pilates workout in my life... but from the 1st class i was hooked. The instructors are top of the line... they were emailing and texting to follow up. Wanted to know my story. Really care about their members success. I love that the scheduling of the classes keeps me accountable and keep me getting up in the morning. The workouts are incredible. Its low impact... but high intensity and just killer. I am working out to failure, every workout. Its just amazing. I am hooked. Doing at least 4 workouts a week, each week. In just 8 weeks, my strength, flexibility and balance are improving at great speed. I'm stronger... and ready to start tackling the diet... which is also included in your membership. Love this studio! Having never done pilates before, I have to admit I was a little intimidated. I had no idea the staff and fellow members would make it so easy to learn! I love my membership at core10! As a newbie to Pilates, it’s difficult to fathom a better studio. All of the instructors at Core10 are enthusiastic, motivating, and incredibly knowledgeable. Classes for beginners are offered on a regular basis, but I’ve never felt out of place in the standard Full Body classes. It’s easy to find a class to squeeze into my schedule since offerings range from 5:15am to 5:30pm. I never miss a class, not because I don’t have mornings when I just don’t want to work out, but because I know that the workout will be worth it and also I always miss the 12 hour cancellation window (which is a good thing). Classes are switched up monthly, so they never get boring. Every month, I end up adding more classes to my schedule. Having been a member for 3 months now, I’m loving my results of increased strength and flexibility, and also the community I’ve joined.

This place is a LEGIT workout! I had never done pilates before coming here, but wanted a challenge and to try something new. I've done kickboxing and crossfit as well, but this is a perfect, well-balanced workout of strength training, mobility, and yes, a LOT of cardio and sweat. I was hesitant, about trying something I had never done- worried about doing it wrong and being in a room full of professionals. Not like that! You will feel right at home. Skill level is from newbie and up. Many aren't already super fit, but committed to getting there. There is no feeling of, I'm not in shape enough to be here, or I feel out of place. It's an extremely inclusive environment of all ages, men and women. First, the place is clean, equipment is very high quality and they take great measures to insure reformers and studio are sanitized - very important in the midst of Covid-19. And this place? There is no hum drum, been there done this. They are constantly revamping workouts and adding in the latest and greatest of equipment add-ons. The instructors? Every one has been great, all have backgrounds that add a lot of experience and knowledge to what we're doing, and how it impacts overall health and preservation of your body, mind, and yes spirit! I feel great when I leave my class. The owner, Wendy, the breadth of knowledge and experience is unmatched in my opinion. She is SO good about coaching you through the workout, pushing you to get the most of our your time there, and she truly cares about her members. She will reach out to me personally if she sees I haven't been in because my work schedule has changed, asking how she can help me get a class in. She clearly invests in her clients and wants to help them reach their goals. Most important? Results. Core10 utilizes muscles, strengthens your core, increases flexibility, and makes you sweat (bring a towel) in ways I have not been able to achieve on my own at the gym or through other workouts. I would definitely suggest you give Core10 Pilates a try and see how you feel when you leave, better yet, the next day! You'll absolutely feel it!

So where do I start... well, when I first stepped into United states the first workouts ever I started was at Core10Pilates. When I was in India I always wanted to try Pilates as I heard they make you strong from inside and it’s a very healthy and long term strength we gain however, there were only 2 pilates studios and were extremely expensive that I couldn’t afford. When I moved to United states and joined Core10Pilates I just loved the workouts. I want to share every change I felt in my body just after 5 continuous classes.
1. My body started becoming hard and strong. I could literally touch and feel my core, arms, thighs, etc building good muscle.
2. Here is the best part, Pilates is just not a workout like any other. It actually connects mind and body. When I workout I need to focus my mind on balancing my body to attain the right posture.
3. It’s just not a workout out, it is more of learning how your body works. For example: I am doing an ab workout, I need to understand how to bend my body to get that ab crunch right that helps to work on my abs. If its a lunge, I need to know the right angle and how much to stretch, when I am working on lower body I shouldn’t miss out on my upper body posture and vice versa. So, all this is just not working out but learning the way to do it right which is a wonderful thing.
4. Another best thing is If I have a sunburn, I don’t have to apply any cream to get rid of the tan. If I simply walk into the studio do my week workouts and end of the week my tan is gone and I have a pretty glow on my face. I experienced this just this week after my Colorado trip last week. The workouts helps in a lot of blood circulation which helps the skin glow.
5. I sleep like I have all the peace in this world.
6. The instructors are my most favorite. They help us always to attain that right posture, motivate us throughout the workouts, help us with the right technique without getting injured, they help with alternatives if something doesn’t work, they make sure I am pushing my limits, they make workouts challenging which is so good, they help with the right food I must take and they are the best. Thank you Wendy, Lori, Anne and Amy you guys are so much fun😊
7. Last but not the least, I enjoy my workouts at Core10 thoroughly. I don’t have to push myself to go to the workouts, it’s so much fun out there that I love to go. Way to go Core10 Pilates..Love ya🤗🤗❤️

I’ve been going to Core 10 for about 8 months now and can honestly say that it is the best workout I have ever done (this review is long overdue). The workout is challenging. The atmosphere is energetic, fun and supportive. All the instructors are exceptional! There is thought, time and effort placed into the planning of each routine – there are three routines cycled each month and these change from month to month. Because of the compound exercises, varied and ever-changing routines, these workouts are always challenging, and you continue to see results as the months go by. I love that the routines highly customizable – meaning you don’t need to have a beginner, intermediate or advanced class – you have variations within each move to fit your level of fitness and experience.
My running has improved – my stride feels more balanced, and I have more speed and endurance. I was able to progress from a (barely) blue slope snowboarder to doing black and double black diamond runs this year. This is my new workout home.

Great instructors and a variety of different class times. There are three different workouts every month and the instructors can accommodate everyone's fitness level in the same class, so you are always challenged. I would highly recommend Core 10!

I have been a Core10 member for 2.5 years. I can get my workout done at 5:15am in the morning before work. There are few workouts I will wake up that early for. I always feel energized after my Core10 class. The workouts can be easily modify to make it easier or harder, based on how I am feeling that day. The workouts change monthly so there is always something new to challenge yourself with. And my favorite part is the variety of music that is playing while you workout. It is amazing how fast the hour goes by. I love Core10 Pilates.

I will never forget when Wendy introduced me to Pilates and the reformer over 10 years ago. It was truly a game changer!! And Wendy is the CORE of it all! She provides the most amazing sessions and pushes you to limits she knows you can achieve. I have back and neck issues and the workout on the reformer really brings relief to the pain. Pilates changed my life! I was never able to stick to any sort of exercise regimen for any period of time, but once I started training with Wendy my whole outlook changed. I've lost a bunch of weight and found a true love for strength training, thanks to her classes. Bonus: My flexibility and posture have greatly improved. I'd 150% recommend Pilates for anyone looking for a fast-paced workout that's always challenging and never, ever boring. The 55 minutes of class go by in an instant, too!
